  • I'm really intrigued with the scissors you use. Can you show a demonstration of them? It's interesting that you use a thumb motion to make them work. I'm not a beautician, so it's not a scissors that I know of. And over the years I've quite a few people cut my hair and have never seen any of them use a scissors like yours. I love watching your haircut tutorials! I sent a couple of your videos to my hair stylist to see if she thinks your style of cutting hair would work on my hair.

    • That needs to be more detailed precision cutting. I used to have a client that her hair was see thru on top and I would have to customize her layers on the top to make it where she could make it appear more full.

    • I can look into some curly mannequins. Mannequin hair is hit or miss so I tend to stick with the same ones. Would love to maybe dive into live models again, just is a process to find people that are open to being filmed and work with what flows on the channel.

  • I have a 'fivehead' so I would cut wispy bangs over the center of the forehead just to blur the visual length of all that skin. Love this cut. I will ask my hairdresser to see if she could modify it for my thinner hair.

  • Would a much smaller "horseshoe" parting and longer face framing give movement and shape without removing too much hair for fine hair with a side part? Love the look on your mannequin, but I look like a complete doofus with a center part.😜

  • Too heavy around the face. Especially for abundant course and wavy hair. How about the line not going diagonal to the front. It makes it heavier around the face. Maybe straight is more classic and easy to handle. And even pulling it back in a ponytail when necessary. Thank you❤. What is a good inexpensive pair of scissors?

    • Not sweet- honest! I have super thick, fine hair. No one seems to know how to cut proper layers. If you were close by (not sure where you are) I’d drive that direction lol

  • At first, I was thinking: "Shorten the bangs," but once you put product in the hair and it wasn't covering her eyes, I thought: "Leave it as is." I would leave it up to the client.
