    • @@MarsLanding91 Wheat flour starch(usually potato or cornstarch) seasonings baking powder and water . Or you can find a mix for Korean Fried Chicken at your nearest International Market

  • 여긴 망원시장아닌가 ? 울집에서 걸어서 15분 거리인데 위생이 너무 더러운데 프라스틱 주걱을 쓰는것 부터 여긴 위생 신경 안쓴다는거지 환풍구 및 선반 누런것봐 청소 한번도 안한듯 양념 소스통도 한번도 안씻고 새로운 양념만 부워서 사용하는것 같고

  • 조리대 덮게 부터 POS기기 눌러 붙은 기름 먼지까지 최소 1년 이상은 청소를 안 한 듯 엄청 더럽네 위생 라택스 장갑만 쓰면 다가 아니라 가게 앞 조리대부터 청소 좀 식중독 바로 걸릴 듯
