We need a horsebutt option in heritage collection
"Recent developments" or "new products" or "upcoming projects" have little impact for a customer base that is suffering the consequence of ever-increasing lead times in the delivery of product. As a customer of Nicks who is waiting on my next pair of MTO boots to just ENTER production after weeks and weeks and weeks, the only thing I'm really interested in hearing about are how you've hired more production workers, installed more equipment and work stations, and are working to get lead times back to a reasonable duration. I'd love to hear that Nicks has made it a goal to have every single boot delivered within 12 - 15 weeks of being ordered.
