I used to repair iPhones a lot and that was great job, what is the purpose of that device you plugged the LCD into ? does it flash the S/N to make it compatible? If that's the case are you also able to use them to re-pair Touch ID home buttons as well?

3:03 You NEED to disconnect the battery first to avoid damage. Also never ever use a razor to open an iPhone. And that screw organization.... The back glass was also installed incorrectly and he didn’t even bother to install a water seal!
