Tom Stoltman is the current World's Strongest Man while Luke Stoltman, his older brother, is the current Europe's Strongest Man. These are the two biggest title in the sport making them not only the strongest brothers in the world but arguably the strongest men in the world. I hope you enjoy watching us spend a day trying to keep up with them..

Nowhere near these guys of course, but the more mass I gained, the more I had to eat. My whole day was structured around eating and that was the reason why I had to stop. You can't get a real job and eat 5-6 times a day...not to mention the cost. Eating that much is very expensive. And of course your body requires a ton of rest too. If you get a real job and have kids, you can't get the type of rest your body needs to maintain the strength and muscle mass needed for body building or weight lifting. These guys literally dedicate their entire life towards this. Everything they do is for world's strongest man (and similar) competitions.

I think the brothers story about overcoming obstacles in life and just their general message on how they came to be who they are today is very uplifting (no pun intended) and wonderful. Whilst competitive, you are ultimately competing against yourself so others success dos not infringe on your progress. The weight lifting community is the most supportive forum for masculinity; better yourself and progress while helping others to do the same. You need to be honest to yourself because at the end of the day it comes down to if you can move those weights. They don't care about excuses. It is really simple and all participants are trying to better themselves.

  • This video was inspirational. I have a daughter with autism and people are always questioning her abilities and I'm not proud of it but sometimes even I may let her give up or take a short cut because of her disability. To know that the strongest man in the world could overcome similar hurdles will never allow me to doubt my daughters abilities (with in reason) man those guys are monsters! Great video.

Not to be pure twee, but as a Scottish person myself it's something I really miss when I go abroad to countries like America or Australia where there's a lot more of a "loud and proud" culture. All the genuine best to these two absolute giants

    • genuine question. Why? i am a cirka 1,75cm man with 60 kilos and i felt like shit after watching this. They are giving these guys so much fucking love that i feel that i dont deserve any. If you are lifting people up, others have to be let down. Saying something is good, and worthy of love, must mean the opposite is at least less worthy of love. I cannot come up with another logical scenario. And since they are being praised like fucking crazy for being this huge, this must mean i am worthless for being weak. Because if something is good, the opposite, has to be bad. i really dont want this to sound like im shitposting or smth, because i genuinly want to know your thought process on why it made you feel better about your weight. maybe it could help me.....

    • @@acidsteve9837 well I have been insecure about my weight all my life and I am a woman so weight shaming is a struggle making me lie about my weight a lot. So hearing something close to my weight being called cute is uplifting to me? Like if he can think that’s a good weight and it is labeled as cute others might not have a problem with that weight. Idk if this makes sense?
