I deal with anxiety too from time to time and I notice that I get sick to my stomach as well. When it gets really bad I straight up don't eat that much at all. I just can't keep things down when I get overly anxious!

I too deal with anxiety, and sometimes I get so anxious I make myself sick, like you, but rather than not eating I try to stuff myself with food thinking that will help make myself feel better, but it never has and I continue to try and do this knowing it won’t help.

Anxiety really sucks and I hate having to endure it since it's almost unknown when I'll go through anxious moments especially with people who I may have feelings for
