  • bonus fact: The white spots on the back of tigers ears are meant to look like eyes. Many predators only attack when they think you dont see them, so these ear spots protect against suprise attacks from behind.

    • That is true for polar bears too. Or you can take off your clothes and throw it towards the polar bear and it'll stop and smell it, but then you'll freeze to death since you usually encounter polar bears in very cold climates. Freezing to death may be preferable to being eaten alive though.

    • That's actually a really old and overused joke. This is probably just your first time hearing it. The classic phrasing of that joke is actually getting away from sharks, that you don't have to swim faster than a shark, just the other swimmers.

  • What a blessing for those cubs to have/had Giles in their life and what a blessing it is for him to have had them! There is nothing more precious than how he helps Stripe after the cub nearly falls in and how he encourages the little one in the water. Giles is truly an angel on earth and a blessing to these babies.

  • I love how the Tigers act like tigers, yet at the same time like young boys. Stripe especially was like, 'Cmon Dad, help me out here! I can't swim!' And when he slipped in and his 'dad' caught him and gave him reassurance was just perfect. They are being brought up in the right way for human tiger interaction! They aren't being mistreated, nor are they being treated like humans, as many people do!
