When our team trained in Japan, these are exactly what they taught us. Floor defense is their #1 priority.

Video commentator hints at the importance of designing a structured flowing practice, functioning to produce a space to mold players. A space for the player’s self awareness to fine tune their playing system, while causing as little stress on the movement system during the development of better ball control without overuse. Quality touches each touch, every time!

I'd like to see how some of this can be adapted to solo drills. For those who don't have a wall or partner. Great vid.

34 people who voted down never played competitive volleyball
Can anyone tell me how many times a week or how often is it recommended to practice ball control and your overall physical strenght (as in explosive training and just regular strenght training)

I have volleyball training on Tuesday and Thursday 2 hours each time. I workout on Saturday and maybe do some cardio on Sundays if possible. And I don't have any problems with my muscles or anything else as long as you get enough sleep, eat a bit healthy, stretch well
