The definition of capital; wealth in the form of money or other assets owned by a person or organization. Weath is the same as (= to) capital and/or (= to) money, and/or (= to) assets. it's like US vs Russia US has trillions of dollars of debt while Russia has close to none debt (living under their means), according this definition Russia is more wealthy than US But US is clearly dominating world scenario
