Molineux turns 130 | Fans and Wolves legends reveal their greatest Molineux memories

As part of Molineux's 130th birthday celebrations, we caught up with some faces from the crowd and those who've graced the pitch to reminisce on their most treasured Wolves memories.
Oh dear, I'm 68 years of age and supported Wolves since 1960 and watching this brings a lump in my throat and a tearful eye. Lots of great memories, plus a few not so. Derek Parkin, John McAlle, Kenny Hibbett, Phil Parkes, Mike Bailey makes me think of those who are no longer with us - The Doug, Waggy, Frank Munro - those were the days. I met Steve Kindon via a friend of mine (Man City fan) and he used to get me a ticket if I needed one. The side then were top class. We now have a side that can compete again with the best and lets hope we can build going forward. I get to a Wolves game once a year, during my yearly visit to see family, as I now live in Thailand, was at the home game versus Watford but I did travel to China for the Asia Trophy back in July. Stream every game online though. Forever Wolves.
Sir Jack Hayward would be so proud. Without Mr Wolverhampton there may not have been 130 years of Molineux, so let's hear it for SIR JACK ARNOLD HAYWARD OBE and let's give him those THUMBS UP that he deserves!!

Was watching Wolves v Middlesbrough cup tie ,with my son , Wolves scored the passion, oh, the passion the bloke standing by me turned put his arms tightly around me ,and gave me a big big passionate Kiss.he was so excited. Me i was in my 50s.or thereabouts.and a grown mon who worked in a factory. That's it, Molinuex such a happy place😂😂😂😂😂

Saw wolves for the first time at Meadow Lane in the Sherpa Van Trophy April 1988. Bull scored. Hooked, line and sinker ❣️
Cant remember my first match really I was about 4 years old my cousin started taking me to every home game back in the early 80s I remember what stand I was in it was the south bank but being so young I wasn't really interested in the game I was more interested in playing with bits n bobs I found on the floor by the flood light between the south bank and the stand that is now the Billy Wright, but the 1st game that really made an impression on me was a friendly game against man utd bully chipped the world's best gk it still gives me goosebumps now, and meeting the players after the game on the old waterloo Rd, people say the good old days but for me they were, I remember the likes of Floyd Street and Ali robertson, Keith downing and of course Andy mutch and Steve bull what a partnership they was! I remember shaking the hand of Sir jack himself when he done a lap of honour when the new look molineux was completed, absolutely the best days of my life nothing will ever top the memories I have at wolves I wouldn't care if we were struggling down in league 2 I'd still love em just as much as I do now! Wolves til I die hope we get an equaliser against Southampton come on me babbies 🐺🐺🐺💜💜💜🐺🐺🐺 oh and jojo if you're reading this then I'm sorry for telling everyone about the crush you had on Robbie dennison lol and pushing me into Robert plant on the waterloo Rd after a midweek game I didn't even know who he was! Thankyou jojo for the best memories of my life!
