The second smallest state after the Vatican, Monaco has nearly 40,000 inhabitants. Here, the four seasons live to the rhythm of major events. Some famous ones like the Monaco Grand Prix or the prestigious Red Cross Charity Gala. Others more confidential, religious or heritage like the feast of Sainte-Dévote, the Christmas of the Prince's Palace or the picnic of the Monegasques. The princely couple is followed according to the key events that punctuate a year in the Principality.

  • La legende de sainte Dévote est tres belle. et la Cathédrale est somptueuse....il faut privilégier les traditions où l on perd nos racines ...en France on se laisse grignoter toutes nos valeurs ancestrales et c est dommage.... Félicitations à la Princesse et au Prince de faire vivre et de maintenir ces belles cérémonies.... En FRANCE, on a peur maintenant d un clocher, d une eglise, d un sapin, d une creche etc.... on detruit nos traditions au lieu de les defendre....il ke faut où l on existera plus. Vive Monaco et son respect aux traditions... où il fait bon vivre sans avoir peur ni voir la misere dans les rues etc.... Respect, Admiration et Souvenirs

    • Le prince fait ce pour quoi il est né et a été éduqué. Et il a une chance énorme : il connais tous ses sujets (ils sont environ 10000 monégasques), il peut rassembler tout son peuple dans la cour du palais, peu de pays peuvent en faire autant, sauf au Liechtenstein.

    • @@Bambotb il y a à Monaco la sécurité pour tout le monde et il n'y a pas d'impôts. C'est une démocratie avec un prince héréditaire, pas d'élections, pas de partis politiques. Pas de manifestations, pas de casseurs, pas de syndicats. Pas de migrants. Le rêve de tous les français quoi ! ... c'est sûr qu'il ne faut pas être trop regardant sur le côté paradis fiscal, mafia locale, ... Rien n'est parfait.

    • @Flou Bidou Très bonne chose. Certains pays l'ont fait pendant 40 ans : Europe de l'est qui a spolié tous les propriétaires, ce qui n'a enrichi ni les peuple et ni les pays en général. Et, une fois revenu à un système capitaliste, les anciens propriétaires de certains pays (Tchéquie, Pologne, Roumanie) ont récupéré leur biens, sont revenus, se sont lancé dans la restauration de leurs châteaux, créant, au passage, de l'activité économique, des emplois etc .....
