  • Some of y’all think making money on someone is “ripping people off”. News flash guys. Everyone in this world is making money off each other everyday. Either this guy was going to buy wheels off me , or he was going to spend his money somewhere else.

    @judahfindley@judahfindley4 жыл бұрын
    • I would put a notice, these results aren't typical. You don't want people investing their money based on this video and sitting on wheels for months or losing money because they couldn't sell them.

  • I did the same thing on satin black wheels that were on my daily. The wife liked messing them up. I didn’t have to do the whole rim , just certain areas a couple of times I used a satin chassis paint that matched perfectly. We traded the car then sold the wheels. They still looked brand new when we sold them. Dremel tool is definitely key.

    • @@broshak9384 no, we aren't all motorheads. Motorheads are all about performance, whether it's asphalt or dirt. It's perfectly fine to have different aesthetic preferences but putting 12.5" wide tires on 14" wide wheels is just stupid. It's like every other poser trend the car hobby has ever seen.

  • I did the same with some Porsche Fuchs. I used a dremel to get the big stuff off the lip, but found a flat file, followed by 80, 120, 220, 430, 400, 500, 1200, 2000 and buffing to get it to a real high gloss shine which is what the Fuchs require. It was too easy to leave the surface uneven with the dremel.
