Vince Carter's motion on each dunk is just so fluid. The man is flowing
I was annoyed that the kobe-shaq playoff dunk was only an honorable mention until I saw his dunk. Greatest dunker of all time imo.
Well he was a grandmaster at Dunk fu.
there is a saying that there are two ranks of slam dunks in the world, of which one is Vince Carter's, the other is other players'
@@ymj5161 lol FACTS
dude was a graceful smooth dunker
10 years later I still can't comprehend that Green's dunk 😐
LOL HE GOT SO HIGH UP
I hadn't seen that dunk, but now that I have seen it already it's kinda crazy how he reached that height😳🔥
@@quadical9579 dude he got UP there. IN GAME.
Fr bro how can somebody get up that high and not only dunk it but windmill it dude 🤯
The Houston bench trying to hide their reaction is hilarious
That Vince Carter one-handed alley-oop dunk was insane. wtf
The motion and force behind the dunk , pure poetry
Still remember in 99-2000 season when SportsCenter showed it the next day and none of us could believe it.
Bad pass, great finish.
Half man half amezing
Gerald Green’s windmill alley oop is 🔥🔥🔥
his chin is at rim
@@JasonCohen50 Above it
Goat.
So satisfying to watch
That's murder
I was thinking to myself “the 2013 dunk gotta be insane if the are two of the most iconic ever as honorable mentions” The moment I saw Brandon knight I died
Jesus Christ loves you and everyone
That’s what I was thinking
Dude I was thinking the same thing like that has to be all time top 3 best posters
Same lol
@@schooly9615 he ran over my dog
Vince Carter is STILL easily the best dunker in history
@Ronald Simanjuntak yes
@Ronald Simanjuntak just because Dwight have more dunks than vc doesn't necessarily mean he's a better dunker dumdum,, what kinda logic is that?? Dwight is a center, all he does is dunk,, that's like saying shaq is the best dunker ever because most of his points came from dunks,, u don't make sense,, get to understand basketball more thoroughly
@Ronald Simanjuntak Vince Carter is the best dunker ever !!! Watch any videos of him or players talking about him & they all will say the same thing,, that's no debate
@Ronald Simanjuntak ur commenting privileges have been revoked..go watch Matlock in ur rocking chair with ur sippy cup u old geezer....did this dude just write David Robinson is a better dunker then Vince Carter? I can't breath I need air
@@anon2414Ronald need his bifocals 🤓 fixed. As a Shawn Kemp fan I can clearly say that Carter is the most electrifying and beautiful dunkers in history to watch he is breathtaking, let's not forget that team USA dunk I still get chills watching that..
That Gerald Green dunk is easily a Mount Rushmore dunk. My favorite part of the clip is the Rockets bench. Every single one of them reacts and rightfully so. I've been in love w/ the NBA for over 30 years and it's this dunk, the Stormile Swift dunk against the Bulls on St Pattys day, VCs one-handed oop against the Clips and MJ going baseline against the Knicks.
VC's vicious poster over 'Zo need to be up there.
*Gerald Green's baby's mama appreciates your kind words, for her man*
Stromile Swift was so underrated as a dunker, he had so much power in it
@@legendofnoob Amen Shawn. Honestly, you could just do a highlight reel of VC's first 2 seasons in the league and it would be appropriate, lol. Picking from his dunks really is just a preference thing. I believe he's still the best combination of graceful + power the NBA has ever seen. I'd still say MJ is the most aesthetic player ever overall because of his ability under the rim as well. But nothing tops that 2000 dunk contest from where I'm sitting. Even the Lavine/Gordon slugfest doesn't quite compare because VC looked soooo much different than everyeone else. I just realized I'm rambling like crazy dude, lol.
@@danielhong3880 Daniel, if I'm being picky I wouldn't say he was underrated but more short-lived. Pretty sure he was drafted out of high school and had a solid career but anyone who knows hoops, like yourself obviously, knows he was a savage. Like he was taking out child hood trauma on the rim. I remember playing pickup ball on 9 foot rims and dudes were mimicking Stromile's signature hand-gesture. And I grew up with goofy, small-town white kids, lol. Swift had his moment for sure.
Green's windmill still one of the best and one of the most impresive lobs ever
His whole fucking head was above the rim
2013 had some of the craziest and most iconic alley opps ever
If Crawford to Griffin and Bron on Terry were honourable mentions, I know that year was crazy
LeBron murdered that man on that dunk! 😁😁😁
That G. Green alley oop windmill 🔥
2:27 kemp was like damn I remember when I used to get up like that
Honourable mention: Stephen Curry's bounce alley oop to Giannis during the 2019 All Star game at Charlotte.
That Vince Carter dunk was very hard to do because it was so underthrown you needed tremendous amount of timing and flexibility on top of power and explosiveness to perform it.
I was at the Clippers vs Raptors game in 2000 when Vince Carter did that dunk, the whole arena erupted and I recall how everyone was in disbelief. One of those insane moments for sure. 🤙
The Vince carter in 05’ 🔥🔥 absolutely nasty AF
2013 might be the greatest Ally Oop season of all time... Arguably the top three alley oops of all time came from that year
bron’s poster was even sicker cus jason terry was talking shit beforehand 😭😭
Good choices along with the honorable mentions
The 2021 was giannis's definitely, that also in the finals for a clutch game win which they needed
And the mug into the camera
That stare will be remembered forever ngl
FACTS
Yeh idk why this guy didn’t put 2021 as giannis
that was iconic.
That Jamal Crawford and Blake Griffin opp is still one of the greatest oops of all time. And that DeAndre Jordan oop also is 🔥.
Yea alot of the oops are the passes and where its placed...they need to throw the ball away from the rim to make it look spectacular....like the Vince got it behind his back pretty much. The Crawford pass sucked but Blake was able to make it into a windmill
I had actually never seen any of the dunks from 2002-2010 before which is crazy to me
I love your videos they really show how precious the nba is, we’ll never be able to see these plays, players again without these clips💯💯
5:48 you forgot the glass shattering and LeBron flying
Ya dude this ones edited 😂
Lol
That Vice's alley-oop is the best. I could watch it over and over and never get tired of it. It's just so ridiculously good!
Even the honorable mentions were dirty!!
The dunks are amazing, but also seeing the camera quality getting better is so cool too
5:15 the process casually losing by 40
That over the Rim by Green,, its Just Insane...
Gerald Green's and Vince Carter's alley oop dunks are just something out of this world. Outstanding!!!
My goodness I love to watched this over and over again
That Gerald Green windmill alley opp is a thing of beauty!!!
This series was magnificent!
Gerald green is something else man. He caught the oop quite far from the basket, off the backboard single handed or windmill, you name it. He even got the mop boy and opponent's bench hyped in his windmill oop lmao 😂
2021 should’ve been the honorable mention and giannis dunk shoulda been 2021
Great list but the 2021 entry should've been Giannis without a doubt. Granted Ayton's alley-oop was a game winner but Giannis' alley-oop had a far higher degree of difficulty and pretty much sealed the series for the bucks.
If CP3 got there faster on that push to Giannis, he damn well could've had all of Milwaukee demanding an attempted murder charge. Pretty much the second thing that comes to mind on that play.
@@BernardGarcon True, oddly this foul wasn't a flagrant one
greens windmill, carter with so much swagger one handed, jones jr bounce,... those are my favorites
This is just fantastic
When the honoroable 2013 is that good, i just knew that it will be the deandre to brandon knight alley oop..... That clipper is spectacle to watch
that Alley-Oop to Griffin was 🔥🔥🔥
Gerald Green's alley oop windmill dunk was so sick, the opposing bench was about to jump out of their seats 😂.
"mama, there goes that man" always my favorite 👐
Best reactions from the opposing bench
They are some great dunkers in there (even old Shawn Kemp getting posterized), but Gerald Green's windmill with the jaws above the rim is the most incredible of all.
The Alley in the Valley was so sweet 👌
VC with the one handed full wind up.. still good to this day.
So many lob city moments to choose from in ‘13, but you were definitely on the mark 😅😅
Great Channel 👍
2000 VC alley-oop dunk... thats just art... elegance and power in one picture
2006 A.I. to Andre Iguoala
gfdi why do you have to trigger my ptsd with the very first clip right away
Great Video.
Still to this day, one of the best in game dunks I have ever seen is Tony Allen alley oop off the backboard to Gerald Green.
360 alley by Jr Smith one of a kind
Vince Carter is the greatest dunker in my opinion, it's like he's jumping from a trampoline
Believe it or not, there are a lot of players who have higher verticals than Vince.... Vince just has a knack for aerial acrobatics
i agree with this list, of course my guy Cosh put this together, you are a true legend.
Brandon Knight, you are still in my thoughts and prayers man. Stay strong.
Chubby Kemp chasing JRich must have thought to himself, “man, that used to be me.”
I thought the same thing!
Vince is ridiculous and that 360 alley from J.R. Smith is sick
Still love how you can hear (who I think is) Gus Johnson on *both* broadcasts of the Giannis dunk
@4:35 watch the reaction from the nets ball boy. He reacted so fast to one of the all time greatest dunk.
Yep. You got this list right!
Sheesh 1:53 I have to give it to Mac man.. 🤦🏾♂️ that dinners served took it way back to the NBA Street DayZ! And Smith too.. 🤦🏾♂️4:00 wit that McTwist and Carter wit the Back slam.. 🤦🏾♂️2:51 my head hurts 🤕
Great choices all were good but that Vince Carter reverse was insane
Tracy Mcgrady’s oop to himself through traffic like that… that was insane
Dope af, Mr. Report
Bold of you to assume this channel is run by a Mr
people dont understand the precision of hedo's alley opp pass to dwight in 2007. with a player blocking his view and landing it perfectly to dwight, wow.
Jr Smith on the cavs had a crazy oop. Especially considering his age at the time.
That last one was legendary
That clippers 76ers score omg 😂
"Bryant... TO SHAQ!" Shaq: : =0
90s would of been lit with the glove and the reign man!!
Soooooo many sick dunks in here, and the Lebron warriors, finals, one doesn’t look as great as the rest, but it’s got to be top 3 all-time The way he hesitated and got to kyrie n got it right back OFF THE FLOOR, is just ridiculous
There were so many bad ass VC oops in Toronto
goosebump oldschool intro music
That green windmill is insane. Just look at the other teams bench 😂.
You know it’s a sick dunk when the opposing team’s bench jumps and whips their towels!
Always remember that T-Mac’s oop to himself was during the Allstar game.
I lost my shit watching that at home
The Vince Carter All-Star game backboard to himself was better
@@anon2414 No where near. But opinions are opinions. But yeah it was sick too.
The Ayton game winner gets me so pumped.
Most impressive still, to me. VC @ LAC (best alley-oop in history to me). Then, you have: Gerald Green windmill (with the Nets) DJJ one-hander with Heat
Dat Gil ta J Rich was super saucy o. City's GSW Hoop Oakland Style!!!
Vince Carter will forever be my favorite dunker
First love your videos thanks man
Simplesmente sensacional!!!
You know the play is amazing when the opposing bench cannot control their reaction
Vince Carter 🔥🔥🔥
Aint no way that crowder dunk was better than the giannis dunk
You mean the crowder to ayton dunk?
Nah ayton is better
@@jonev1615 for sure
Giannis one was chosen because of the scenario it was in
The last one makes me cry
Carter (2 dunks) and Green's dunk are damn!
Vince Carter is on another level, but those Blake Griffins were fire tho
Gerald Green’s eyes were literally above the rim. That dude bounce was just different, effortless and just too damn fluent.
Beasts!
Vince is the goat of dunking.
Just in case it hasen't been done. "Best plays from each all star game" although i believe it is done already
3 on 1 alley oop dunk on Jason Terry is just iconic
Mostly because Jason terry is a trash talking role player
@@twigs3293 tru dat
Gerald and his windmill alley tho. Bruh had the bunnies 🐰
3:00 any other player to catch that and it would've been a turnover. Tony was ready to get the ball just in case lmao
Awesome!
Nice list. Did not dissapoint. 2000 was best.
Shaq just crumpled the cords on that oop from kobe 🤣🤣🤣
Do "every nba stars first made 3 pointer"
How is this the first time I ever noticed the ball bounced off Brandon knights head after the dunk 😂
