  • I wonder if this could be used to produce pellet fuel for stoves. Have a lot of underbrush that could be placed in a small hammer mill to make smaller fibers to feed into this device.

    • Thank you. The mold has 8mm holes and can only be used on one side. There are molds that can be used on both sides, but they are thicker and the holes are tapered on both sides.

    • Thank you. In this video I used a 4 kw motor. But I made some changes. I mounted a reduction group and a 7.5kw motor. I want to make pellets for the fire. Agro pellets.

    • Hello. In this video I used a 4 kw motor. In this configuration, it works well to make feed pellets for animals. I want to make pellets to heat the house, for that the pellets must be very dry and that's why I made changes to this pellet machine. I added a speed reducer and a 7.5 kw motor.

    • It depends on each country and region. In my country, there are some websites where people sell products they no longer need. Often the price is half compared to a new product. We still have flea markets.

    • Hola. Las rotaciones deben estar entre 150 y 250 rotaciones por minuto. No hice la prueba con aserrín. Solo usé paja molida o grano molido. El material debe tener cierta humedad, en torno al 16%. No todos los tipos de aserrín se pueden convertir en gránulos. Son necesarias combinaciones de serrín como abeto con haya o roble con otros tipos de serrín. Para que los gránulos formen el molde, se deben pulir muy bien. Se debe realizar un rodaje con material abrasivo.

    • W przypadku granulacji ziarna występuje w tej konfiguracji. Wprowadziłem w nim pewne zmiany. Zamontowaliśmy grupę redukcyjną i silnik o mocy 7,5 kw, aby móc produkować pellet z resztek roślinnych. Teraz jestem zadowolony z tego, jak to wszystko idzie.

    • That plate looks exactly like the ones we use where I work maintenance at a hot dog plant. We sometimes discard them when too worn to grind meat. I bet they would work just fine as a pellet die.

    • Hola. La peletizadora está fabricada con materiales recuperados de otras máquinas. Es poco probable que encuentre los mismos componentes. Este proyecto se hace como un punto de partida para aquellos que quieren construir una máquina para hacer pellets. Se puede hacer de muchas maneras y no creo que sean necesarias medidas.
