Big Egg Cracked In My Hands - Just as I was about to drill it

Join me in the hatching of these stunning emerald emu eggs.
At a petting zoo's female Emu had 3 eggs but their male Emu didn't start incubating on the nest (yes, with Emu's, the male does the incubating and the raising of the chicks). So they reached out to me and asked if I wanted to give these eggs a chance. By now they were quite old so I wasn't sure if they would hatch.

  • I am alot older than you, but you remind me of my dad when I was young and he would be up all night taking care of hatchlings or eggs in homemade incubators without scientific knowledge but only instinct and try to save baby birds. ....and then have to reluctantly go to his job during the day but come home for lunch to check them and give his kids simple chores regarding their care. What a wonderful way to grow up. He was still saving rescued wild animals in his late years. Thanks for the memories

      @Dustandfuzz@Dustandfuzz2 ай бұрын
    • @Dustandfuzz Yes, practically everyone lies. Constantly, too. Maybe not chicks in the egg playing dead. I think the OP meant that to be a joke. But outright believing what anybody capable of transmitting information tells you is....not a recipee for a happy trusting life. Children learn to strategically misinform and thus misleead caretakers at about 10 months of age , even before they master simple language. Dogs can and do "lie", great apes can even plan misdirections, and in humans its an integral part of our functioning social behaviour. We lie, omit and spin in self-interest and to keep the social machine working. People who cannot _(some forms of autism or compulsions can cause such patterns)_ are considered heavily debilitated in our society by their inability. If you truly consider yourself to be honest and not manipulate information flows strategically, I´d argue its much more probably that you utterly delude yourself than that you are right.

  • What gorgeous babies! The only time I ever broke the rule to not help chicks was when I was nine or ten in Texas. Our chickens had a nest of eggs about ready to hatch. When I went to check on them, they were hatching but fire ants had found them. It was awful. A few had managed to fully hatch and get away, but there was one or two dead babies and an egg only partially hatched, covered in ants. For some reason I picked it up - and the baby was still moving. But there were ants INSIDE the shell attacking her. So I broke her out and got the ants off of her. I was so worried, between the ant bites and my helping her hatch, that she wouldn't make it, but thankfully she did. Of course, she totally imprinted on me... she learned to ride on my shoulder while I was doing chores. So thankfully it turned out okay. 😢

  • This has to be the most wholesome thing I seen on KZhead in a long long time. Yeah some of us take longer to break out of our shell than others. I had worked on myself for years to overcome my anxiety and introvertedness, and was just starting to feel confident around others and self accepting, but then the pandemic hit and the combo of being stuck in negative social family dynamics, forced social distancing, fear related to health.... have set me back decades. All the reading of self help books, all the social events I forced myself to suck it up and attend, all the daring adventures taken as attempts to build my belief in myself, all undone when we were literally commanded to retreat into ourselves. I ended up back in my shell big time. Others have jumped back into life but I'm like egg #3. It's going to take me a minute. And now without the crutches of alcohol and smoking that I used rely on in my 20's. Too much cancer in the family to play around with my cells and DNA anymore. Oh well, here goes...🥚🐣

And the punishment that befalls the wicked is certainly proof of My righteous disposition and, moreover, testimony of My wrath. And only those My followers who have shown loyalty to Me will rejoice and praise My power. They will experience indescribable comfort and live in a joy that I have never bestowed upon mankind. Since I first began to lead humanity, I have hoped very much to achieve a group of people with a mind similar to Mine. My last work is not only to punish man but also for the sake of arranging man's destiny. I want everyone to see that everything I have done is right, and everything I have done is a manifestation of My disposition; it was not the work of man, much less of nature, that produced humanity. Without Me, humanity would only perish and be subject to the scourge of calamity. I am the only salvation of mankind. I am the only hope of mankind and especially, I am the reason why mankind exists. Without Me, humanity will suffer mass destruction and be trampled by all kinds of ghosts, even if no one listens to Me. I have done a work that no one else can do, My only hope is that people will repay Me with some good deeds. Anyway, I hope you are preparing enough good deeds for your destiny. Then I will be satisfied; otherwise, none of you will escape the calamity that is coming upon you. Disaster comes from Me and even if it happens I fix it. Regarding this, I will only make a judgment of good or bad. What I continue to value is the way in which each of you behaves and expresses himself, the basis on which I will decide your end. I must tell you this: Whoever breaks My heart will not receive mercy from Me a second time, and whoever has been faithful to Me will remain in My heart forever.) Almighty God said My MERCY is REVEALED to those who LOVE Me and DENY THEMSELVES. And the punishment that befalls the wicked is certainly proof of My righteous disposition and, moreover, testimony to My wrath. When disaster comes, famine and pestilence will befall all those who oppose Me and they will weep. They HAVE DONE ALL WAYS of EVIL, yet have followed Me for many years, CANNOT ESCAPE JUDGMENT; they too, falling into DISASTER, the like of which is rarely seen in all time, will come to live in a constant state of dread and fear. And ONLY those My FOLLOWERS who HAVE SHOWN FAITHFULNESS to Me will REJOICE and PRAISE My POWER. They will EXPERIENCE INDESCRIBABLE SECURITY and LIVE in a JOY I HAVE NEVER GIVEN to HUMANITY. 🌹🙏🌷 Because I COUNT PEOPLE'S GOOD DEEDS as WEALTH and HATE their BAD DEEDS. Ever since I first started leading humanity, I HOPED so MUCH to ACHIEVE a GROUP of LIKE-MINDED PEOPLE as MINE. ☀️🙏🌷 I never forget those with whom I am not of one mind; I hate them in My heart, just waiting for an opportunity to avenge them, and I will be glad to see it. My day is now finally here, and I need not wait any longer! My LAST WORK is NOT ONLY to PUNISH man BUT also for the WELLNESS of ADJUSTING MAN'S DESTINY. FURTHER, it is for the SAKE of RECEIVING RECOGNITION from ALL for ALL I HAVE DONE. I want every single person to SEE that EVERYTHING I HAVE DONE is RIGHT, and EVERYTHING I HAVE DONE is PERMISSION of My DISPOSITION; it was not the work of man, much less of nature, that produced humanity. 🙏 Rather, I am the one who CARES for ALL LIVING beings in CREATION. Without Me, humanity would only perish and be subject to the scourge of calamity. No man shall ever again see the beautiful sun and moon or the green earth; all mankind will experience is the cold night and immovable valley of the shadow of death. I alone am the SALVATION of MANKIND. I am the ONLY HOPE of HUMANITY and, above all, I AM the REASON why HUMANITY EXISTS. WITHOUT Me, HUMANITY WOULD IMMEDIATELY COME to a COMPLETE STOP. Without Me, MANKIND WOULD SUFFER w WIDE DAMAGE and be TRAPPED by ALL KINDS of GHOSTS, even if NO ONE LISTENS to Me.🙏 😪 I HAVE DONE a WORK NO ONE CAN DO, My ONLY HOPE is that SOMEONE will PAY Me fo SOME GOOD WORKS. Even if those who can pay Me are very few, I will still finish My journey in the human world and begin the next step of My unfolding work, because all My haste to and fro among people these many years has been fruitful, and quiteI am satisfied. What I UNDERSTAND is NOT the NUMBER of PEOPLE but their GOOD DEEDS. Anyway, I HOPE that you are PREPARING ENOUGH GOOD WORKS for your GOAL. Then I WILL BE ENJOYED; otherwise, none of you will escape the calamity that is coming upon you. DISASTER STARTS FROM Me and I arrange it to HAPPEN. If you CANNOT APPEAR as GOOD in My EYES, THEN you CANNOT ESCAPE the SUFFERING of DISASTER. 😪 In the midst of tribulation, your actions and deeds are not considered entirely worthy, because your faith and love are hollow, and you only show yourselves to be either cowardly or stubborn. ABOUT this, I will ONLY MAKE a JUDGMENT GOOD or BAD. What I continue to value is the way in which each one of you acts and EXPRESSES himself, the BASIS on which I DECIDE your END. HOWEVER, I HAVE to MAKE it CLEAR: I will NO LONGER GIVE MERCY to THOSE who HAVE NOT GAVE Me the LITTLE LOYALTY in the TIMES of TRIBULATION, BECAUSE My MERCY ENDS ONLY. ☀️ Apart from that, I HAVE NO DISLIKE to ANYONE WHO EVER BETRAYED Me, especially I DON'T WANT to be WITH THOSE WHO BETRAY the DESIRE of THEIR FRIENDS. I had eggs before we moved but didn’t hatch them due to life happening. I rescued a pigeon from its nest cause it was abandoned with its sibling and it was storming. The sibling was dead when neighbors found it and got me. I took her in and hand fed her. She’s still with us cause she refused to leave. I had to bring her or I think she would have died. It’s like she was traumatized by the rain cause I let her loose but she would alway return and land on our head when it rained. I would love to raise chickens next. My son said he wants to do it’s his project when we get settled in. I’m getting opae ula to try raising. They’re native Hawaiian volcano shrimp. They’re really tiny and are sold in ecosystems. • This egg is so beautiful!! I wonder why nature makes things that are.. beautiful.. it doesn't *have* to.. just like we really didn't need to spend time drawing on cave walls.. but here we are.. it is amazing to see it, and feel connected to it all even from afar.. Thank you for your videos.. they brighten my day to day.. ❤

    • Isaiah 40:26, Lift up your eyes to heaven and see. Who has created these things? It is the One who brings out their army by number; He calls them all by name. Because of his vast dynamic energy and his awe-inspiring power, Not one of them is missing. Revelation 4:11, You are worthy, Jehovah our God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power, because you created all things, and because of your will they came into existence and were created.”
