In this wrestling moves video, Pat Downey teaches arm drag sequences.

@@counterkidnapping1737 Not at all! They are just two different ways of performing an arm drag. The more you know (and train) the more opportunities you have to avoid being countered by your opponent. Always loved drags. Always had fast hands. Now that I am 56 and most other physical advantages have left me (my shot is slow, my hips creaky, bad shoulders), when coaching--especially against larger, good wrestlers--drags are about all I can succeed with on a regular basis. And then, of course, I have to show them how to block it. ;-)

I liked the different technique on something that's already basic but if you get him to step when you arm drag him he can't move away because you pulled him in and he's pushing you it's already the same direction😊

If you know wrestling in this video exist details that i dont want reveal to dont mess with the intention of the video respecting the effort of its makers but about this movements there are a lot of points that allows you apy counter attacks against that arm drag.....
I step out with my arm drag, and have that spin around chasing each other problem. Now I know why, I need to step in!
