She's experiencing psychosis. Don't know if it's drug induced or not, but it is psychosis. The talk about recordings is so consistent with paranoid hallucinations, but for her these hallucinations are in a sense "confirmed" by religion and so she feels her delusions are real. She is clearly very unwell.
