Burrow took a lot of sacks he is very patient, he tries very hard to not make bad decisions, he doesn't force anything, he will take a sack (he doesn't want to take a sack), are scramble, are run with it, but he not going to force a throw that's why his ints are so low, his passing is on the money given the opportunity, that dude is a BEAST, HE THAT QUARTERBACK!!!! Cincy yall got something special, fix that oline and make some adjustments on Defense, in 2 years maybe next year playoffs, year after that superbowl. Watch what happens. Yeah, he's that good. Cincinnati got to do the right thing with him. They got to do their part tho.

RIGHT AFTER they just got the momentum off a goal line stand to keep it a one possession game, he decides- AT HIS OWN 5 YARD LINE - that he has 17 seconds to throw the ball. I don't care how he played otherwise - you are what you do the pressure is on. And that was TERRIBLE. He'll get better though i believe. Case and point: There was a quaterback for the Colts named Andrew Luck who did not have a slew of good players at his disposal on either side of the ball in his first 4 years at the helm. Each of those four years, void of championship talent, he still beat league leading teams consistently, and took his team to the playoffs--just about every single year. He even took them to championship game.

    • Have to admit, both QB's looked pretty good. A lot of the throws Burrow made were really high quality and at times was single handedly keeping drives alive. Mayfield also looks like he's a lot closer to Sooners Baker, making smarter throws, making the right reads, the one really bad error he made was that pick. Something that also stood out to me is that there was a point where Baker rushed for a first down and his first port of call after that was getting his teammate out of a fight straight away so they could keep the drive going. He looks like he's matured quite a lot.

  • This has to be the norm on the ground for the Brown's with the double threat of Chubb and Hunt, it was being said last yr. It frees up bake to not force the catch resulting in a INT, the line has to give him protection so he's not panicking and trying to get rid of it to quickly

Burrow would also play much better if they could establish any sort of run game. It would open up there offense a lot and it would mean burrow isn’t throwing 61 passes a game as a rookie
