What did you treat the insulation with? The blue liquid?
@@aissakorti9976 qqqqqqqqqqqqqqqq
@@jsmeninick91 hi did you figure out what the blue liquid was??
I've been highly critical of what passes for refractory insulation on KZhead. You've restored my faith in humanity.
Oof that's savage
Its just kaowool
With sodium silicate sprayed on...
@@AA-zv6yo Yes...Kaowool. Against this there are well over ten million views of videos touting Plaster of Paris and sand.
I’m so happy to see all the new toys(tools) you have today. I’ve really enjoyed watching you progress over the years. You are a truly gifted craftsman of so many trades. I look forward to more years of watching you grow and inspire so many. In all languages. Continue to be blessed by our creator.
I love most of the stuff you build/restore are integrated into you're workshop. When you see it in action, you go "oh yeah, I remember that," and go the down the rabbit hole of past videos.
I have seen more than a dozen home forges on KZhead. Without a shadow of a doubt this was the best thought out a end product that I have seen so far. Great job.
Thanks Colin. Means a lot.
Different League
Homemade? The guy has got a tig and a lathe. Not many homes with those tools
@@christophernikolaou8009 It's all about your priorities. Save up over time -- neither a Tig nor a lathe are out of reach, even for men of humble means. Just steal $20 from yourself once every week or two and stick it in a can in the shop -- before you know it, you'll have your tool money. I just got my first welder, which took me over a year to save up for because I don't earn much and support a family -- it can be done! Like Jason Knight says, "Sell the gold coin collection" (or whatever other non-critical thing you're spending that $$ on -- almost everyone blows some portion of their income on something.) Welder, blacksmithing tools, a drill press, bench grinder... A lathe is nice to have, but not critical, a 1x30" belt sander is like $50 on harbor freight and can do a LOT of grinding with cheap belts, if you don't have a 2x72, etc. Tools are never a bad investment!
It is really really good to know what the finished product looks like before you start. It makes it look like your a genius when you make something beautiful on the first try.
What a pleasure it must be to see self-made tools. I am left with a work of art !!!!
What a well thought-out build. It's crazy to think we've all basically watched you build your shop from a tiny space with entry level table-top tools to an all-encompassing work shop with high-end powerful tools that you, yourself, either restored or created yourself. Amazing work man, and an absolute pleasure to watch.
Simply BRILLIANT. Every thing you need and nothing that you don't. Best gas forge that I have seen.
I'm envious of your skill and imagination. I wish I had the ability to do the things you do. Very inspiring! Keep up the great work!
Im honestly always blown away by how well thought out your project are 👍
Very, very nice job. This is my absolute favorite propane bottle forge build i have seen to date. I love the attention to detail you showed, and that you were following your obviously well thought out plans. Love it.
It was awesome. You captivated my attention to all the details of your work. Left me with no words. Excellent job. I can't wait to see what's next. Thank you for the art created.
Всегда поражаюсь его находчивости и мастерству. Однозначно класс.

Great use of an old expansion tank. I'm in the heating business so I must have at least 20 of these just laying around. I'm always on the lookout for stuff to use them for because scrap prices are so low.
Man this was an excellent build! I love the thought you put into the burner holders, forge door, etc
Thanks brother! Cheers!
the two chanel i subcribe it
When I watch him creating your the first person that comes to my mind. Y’all two are my absolute favorite channels to watch for learning.
Awesome. Both of you supporting each other. And folks like me found you separately. Both of you guys are awesome. Love all the stuff. Keep it up.
Tbhat was Awesome man! Great job!
I'm toying with the idea of building a forge. I have an old helium canister in the back of my garage... This is by far one of the best builds I've seen of all forges I've watched being built on KZhead... Thank you for the inspiration 👌
Your Scrap/DIY/Fabrication projects are my favorite videos.
I replaced my well saver back in February and have been eyeing the old one with exactly this in mind.
I haven't used pain remover before because I thought it would end up being a mess but it's not, it dries up and peels it away nicely. I like your design. ThankQ for sharing.
The fast-forward parts can just as well be his normal pace of work with great quality maintained. Good work!
This is the most useful diy forge I've seen so far
Excellent build Mr. Beard! Well thought out and executed.
Beautiful forge, expertly created! Keep up your great work, dude! 🍻🤘💜
the most talented man I've ever seen.who loves his job.I wish you great achievements.Although it is not the field I work in, I enjoy watching you
Absolutely amazing! You have to be the most talented person ever! Outstanding, there is no end to your goodness!! I want to be on your zombie apocalypse survival team!
This man can easily survive a zombie apocalypse no doubt
Idiot
The zombies won't survive him.
Not without a propane supplier, heh. :)
In a group of people, being a blacksmith - yes, alone - no) We forget that before each person was a hunter, a builder, and a carpenter .. In short, what you had to do was to do it yourself, just like in the zombie apocalypse, if you are the best blacksmith, you will have the best weapon (from what you can do) but you have to strain to find food, shelter, etc. .. But this is clearly a better skill than let's say some kind of manager, lol ..
Lots of access to power tools, solvents and propane after the apocalypse eh?
Thanks for sharing the forge build. I like the way you poured the castolite. Nice and simple burner holder and adjusters.
I got to say this is the best homemade looking forward I have ever seen on KZhead. Beautiful job thanks for sharing.
Brilliant, Awesome, artistic. Much respect.
Using the heat gun to re-activate the glue is genius. I never thought of that.
Your creativity is always amazing !
Awesome forge, such a beautiful work
Beautiful design, loved watching you make it.
This is the best engineering I've seen in all my earthly days!
Wow brother! Your metal working and construction skills are amazing! Outstanding work!!! 👍👍
Well thought out, and I really like the adjustable stock holder👍
This is the perfect forge!!! So awesome.
Very well done! I really like how you did the weighted wire door.
Very very nice dude! I've been thinking about my next forge design for a while and this build has really helped work out a few issues I had. Thanks so much! :D
Absolutely brilliant and extremely well thought out and designed best yet......many thanks.....
I was today years old when I learned that gas tanks have a rubber bladder
Not the regular grill kind. Research "bladder accumulator"
SO HAPPY YOU MADE THIS VIDEO! 😊🙌🏼👍🏼
AWESOME!!! nice build, im also happy to see you got a tig machine =) loved the old stick wleder, but you will find yourself being able to do way more with the tig =)

Hello. Tell me what kind of substance you are pouring, blue, refractory mat?
How long does the internal insulation last?

That is really cool the doors how you designed them man one of the best homemade gas forges I have ever seen made for sure
Nicely done, you make it look easy. Great welding rig too by the way
True! Nice to observe how beautiful its the creativity!
I just love your enginuity! Brillant build!
Absolutely beautiful job, absolutely.
I did one of these with one burner in the middle, about ten years ago, but I like the double burner better, and since mines about had it, time to build a new double burner one. Thanks.
It feels a lot more educational without any sound, this is really good
Man, this is a great looking forge. Great video!
2:35 just remembered my plants need fresh water and im all out. Off to the mart. Thanks mate
Absolutely amazing!
Amazing work, really nice result !
Some really skilled and ingenious fabrication. Well done.
Simply amazing workmanship.
I would consider changing the door counterweights to be foot pedals. I constantly find myself wishing for 3 hands when smithing, and being able to open/close the forge doors with both hands busy would be pretty handy. There is a reason most power hammers use a foot control.
an insanely beautiful forge
This is the best looking forge build so far ! Please share how it will look after hours and hours of burning, nobody mentioned that in videos, it is a good thing not to have that ceramic blanket exposed to the flame and flying all over the workshop
I would like to see a follow up a year down the road.
Fabulous job. Love the concept
The creativitty of this man it´s simply God Like 🔥🔥
This was incredible! I have never seen a build this well well planned out, and executed so well, I'm thoroughly impressed!
Most interesting thing I've seen on KZhead in quite a while.
Very well done, Made mine from a gas bottle with 3 burners , good for long jobs. :)
extremely clean, beautiful and amazing creation!!!
WOW!!!! I mean what else can be said. Thats Amazing. Makes me want one.
I just turned a larger one of those into a forge! I wish I had waited though, this one looks a LOT nicer than mine...
Esta forja com toda certeza , e uma das mais bem feitas que eu já vi no KZhead , não estou quero desmerecer minguem , est a de parabéns.
An absolute thing of beauty BBP.
I don't know if I've ever seen a nicer job!!
Pure genius! Love it
before the half way i was really baffled... Is he really gonna do the internals of a forge from wood and hotglue :D ?
Same
+
I was even confused by the tube, even if it was stainless it wouldn't last very long as a forge liner.
Parabéns pelo trabalho muito bom !
Супер, наблюдать за вашей работой и изобретениями
That was an awesome project, nice job🤙
...Good one, nice work, that should do the job...stay safe..
Beautifully done!
Amazing work as usual!
That was awesome man. Love love love it. Wow
You are a genius.
Compared to the things I see every day there’s like 6 maybe 7 levels of genius on this build.
Masterpiece!
A masterpiece!
Muito bom! Excelente trabalho....ficou top
Lovely when a plan comes together
This man is a genius
Awesome work! I'll check out your smaller, longer build next.

Amazing build as always
I LOVE THIS SHOW. THANK M.R
Excelente trabajo la verdad... Saludos desde Paragauy 🇵🇾
Clever build. really nice work Thanks for sharing
Perfect execution!
Fantastic creation! Congratulation!
It looks like a really nice forge someone was trying to get in the Blacksmith thing I wish I had one like that or someplace here. That helped me to put something like that.
