I am always impressed every time Senator Kennedy speaks. He always speaks to the American people, and always tells the truth, and explains everything that is going on. And most times when he is asking questions of anyone, even the most simple questions that these people should be able to answer, can never give a direct answer. They simply say that they don’t have the information in front of them. Now anyone who has a law degree, should be able to give an answer to him. How can you be a Judge on the bench, and not know the law? And they get away with giving no answer.

The fact that they still refuse to enforce 18-USC-1507, which states that "protestors SHALL be arrested and jailed" for parading or picketing at any location that a justice or officer of the court is residing if the action is an attempt to affect the decision of a justice. It says SHALL be arrested, meaning that if they AREN'T arrested, then the DOJ and US MARSHALLS are committing felonies, both violating this law by not doing it, as well as aiding and abetting a felony. And we know that they didn't just fail to arrest, they were ORDERED by Garland NOT to arrest anyone, claiming the "right to peaceful protest". There is no right to peaceful protest. The right is to peaceably assemble, and redress grievances, but these rights don't grant anyone the right to violate other laws. You can have the right to peaceably assemble... that doesn't mean you can throw a party in some random person's home, or have a book club meeting in a bank vault. trespassing is still trespassing, your right to assemble means that JUST for assembling, you can't be arrested, but if your breaking other laws, like trespassing, that doesn't mean that you are suddenly protected just because your in a group. You have the right to free speech, but you can't go onto the freeway on foot with a big sign pronouncing that you believe aliens and the government are conspiring to probe your ass, because your obstructing traffic, and endangering people. Rights are things that are protected, but they don't allow you to break other laws and be protected just because one aspect of your actions are a right.
And people who try to control women and reverse rights in our country deserve to be lined up against a wall and given a quick journey to the underworld. But you don’t see us doing that do you.
