  • I think that everyone is "smart", in the sense that everybody knows, deep down in their heart, how unhealthy is jrkng off to OF "models" till 3 AM sitting in your mother's basement, while mayonnaise drips out off your mouth. The question is not "how to be smart" (going to the gym, eating healthy, working hard, etc) but what prevented you to be "smart" in the first place. How and when such a weak character was bult, that's the question. In general your self-esteem is built during childhood trough the interaction with your attachment figures (especially the mother), that's why, in general, the most dysfunctional persons you meet have fu parents, actively messing up with their children's brain. Papers clearly show the general trajectory of traumatized children, how much they are prone to addictions, etc. Obviously your low self-esteem can also be circumstancial (being broke, no gf, etc). It's a pretty nuanced topic.

    • You are totally right as I am myself a victim of this, but I think that even though those things can happen to anybody, a solution can be found by what Aryan said during this livestream : " tough love " and especially " acceptance " . Once someone accepts who they are, how messed up they are, that can be a first sign of a person who's trying to change all of that. The problem with this world today is the fact that there's a lot of people today who takes things too seriously and that can lead them to depression or worse but then again there's also people (that can also be parents for example) who bully them intentionally thinking that it is "though love" when they are just breaking someone mentally, which can lead to everything you said on your comment. Tough love like Aryan is doing with his channel is a good thing because if people are enough clever to guess it, he's only doing this to unlock the brains of people that are lazy and doing nothing of their lives sitting in their mother's basement. That is genuine tough love.

    • Most children without a proper father figure will be really messed up, too many single mothers are already giving us a peek into the ugly future.

    • @@abdallahali7137I totally agree with you buddy. The most important thing is not considering being FU like a disease or a irreversible condition. A mental state is only temporary, it comes and goes in circles. How you feel is only a dot (a vertex ahah) located in a specific time and space. Even more, people with a troubled past are generally more interesting and, sometimes, they developed a bigger self awareness of themselves and others. I'm pretty optimistic that everything is going to be fine.

  • You sound like you listened too much Andrew Tate

    • Tate is considered by many a lighthouse of modern masculinity, when in reality he dirty talked old men while faking to be a provocative web cam prostitute. Imagine having as a male role model a guy faking to be a escort, lol.
