  • at the end of this video, the coffer dam failure was in my town, Auburn CA, i was a firefighter and we spent that day and well into the night doing rescues and other tasks. it was a "100 year storm" very very heavy rains. lasted for days, but what i went through had nothing to do with this construction coffer dam failure.that water went harmlessly into folsom lake down river.i had a 1972 monte carlo id done a full cutsom on at my firehouse and it got flooded and destroyed.
