Take a behind the scenes look to see what it takes to build a Turtleback Expedition trailer!
This project spans 5 days, and took 3 employees 120 hours to build this trailer! We made this video to show our customers that we aren’t shy of any part of the manufacturing process. Here at Turtleback Trailers, we only use the best possible materials. Making certain that every trailer that rolls out of our shop and on to the trail is ready for what ever adventure you throw it’s way.
Each trailer that we make is custom built from the ground up following your specifications. Our trailers are suited to be built for YOUR specific needs. Choose the color of your trailer, kitchen materials, lighting, water heater, shower, battery options and so much more. Every Turtleback Trailer will get you to places you never knew existed, and more importantly, it will get you back home.

    • Haha! I was thinking the same thing. The added sounds of drills, impact wrenches, saws, snippers; it was actually musical.🎵🎼

  • As someone who bought an rv camper at the end of 2020, can I just tell you how much I appreciate you vacuuming behind yourself during construction? I think whoever built ours were competing to see who could hide the most metal and wood shavings in certain areas.

  • LOL If any other "RV" manufacturers did a video like this no one would ever buy their product. Most RVs are scary. Once you look behind the superficial skin they look like they are made by drunk children using pallet wood. The build quality on the Turtleback is refreshingly exceptional. Very impressed.

  • Congrats... I Love the Expedition Serie.... I am a Geologist from Brasil and Live in Brasil. I Love camping and expeditions, but unfortunatable in my country don't exist an wonderful factory as Turtleback Trailers. Your trailer is a perrfection... My dream is to have an "Expedition", but the high dollar value in my country makes this impossible. Maybe one day?

  • The best rv camper I've ever seen through videos and to the national experts in states and Europe. The sound was perfect and the guy behind this film plus the special effects is a professional. And i like the snap at the beginning of the film. Great work guys. Now i know what I'm going to buy. I'm not worrying about Jombies cuz of this unbelievable camper. God bless you guys. Perfect.

The only thing i would want to add is the ability to raise the rack with the tent above head level (mainly for attaching awings to the rack to be under) while being able to have it lower for transportation. Im mot sure how much more difficult that would be

    @myersonline@myersonline3 жыл бұрын
    • Our website is currently under construction so our sincere apologies. The added options that the T2 has are as follows: Spare Tire, 1000 watt inverter, Zamp solar controller, 100 watt solar panel, Upgraded roof rack (has storage compartment under rack bars), and Treadplate sidebox toppers. Hope this helps!

If it is so, I will be happy if you can review it with the Bronco sport Badlands on trail sections. In my point of view, it could be promote your trailers! If it is not fitted to Bronco sport Badlands edition, can you build Such a series? Thanks.
