너무너무 감동이네요. 말로 다표현 하기가 정말 힘드네요.같은곡 이라도 연주자에 따라 시간과 음색이 다 차이가 있군요.정말 한국은 요정의 나라임이 트림없네요.,그긴 악보를 보지도 않고 머리속에 다간직하고 박자 와 음정을 틀 리지도 않고 연주하는것을 보면 정말 바이올린의 신동입니다요. 듣다보면 입에서 감탄사가 절로나옵니다요.옛날같으면 이런좋은곡을 듣는다는것은 감히 생각도 못했지요. 요새는 유튜브시대임으로 무료로 듣을 수 있다는것이 얼마나 감사하고 행복한지를 옛날 사람들은 감히 상상도 못했지요.어째든 이런 좋은 세상을 살게 해주신 하나님께 진심으로 감사 기도 드립니다.장하다 대한의 건아들 !! 특히 예술및스포츠면에서 많은 인재가 배출되기를 기원합니다. 대한민국에서 살고 있다는 것이 마음이 뿌듯합니다.

Bonsori Kim is obviously in the top ranks of all world violinists.She knows how to channel the departed soul of Tchaikovsky and bring him to life once more.

Out of all Tchaikovsky Violin Concertos available on KZhead, this is by far my favorite version. If I get this excited watching the video on KZhead, I cannot imagine how the live audience must have felt, and what an unforgettable birthday celebration this must have been for Bomsori who turned 30 on this very day!
Interestingly this was recorded on her 30th birthday! Stunning second movement. Brought tears to this old man's eyes!

The best violin concerto I have ever heard. Tchaikovsky composed only one, but it is the "king" of concertos, and Bomsori and the orchestra perform it marvelously.
I just keep coming back to this masterpiece.

I just finished listening/viewing this performance for the umpteenth time, and I noticed that viewing actually enhances my ability to hear the detail and nuance she puts into it. I really wonder if anyone else has that same experience. If you aren't privileged enough to see her live, a vlog just has to be better than a recording, by far. Thanks so much for posting these.

You said "umpteenth time". Me too, and I totally agree with you about catching something new each time I view this. This performance is truly a masterclass all around. Bomsori looks so natural, totally in her element, even as she pours all of herself into this performance. It feels as if Tchaikovsky composed this concerto for her! The entire orchestra under the direction of Fabio Luisi worked as a cohesive unit.

For a small, petite woman, Bomsori sure packs a mighty punch! Her captivating facial expression and body language cannot be separated from the violin playing, as they all combine to create such a magnificent artistry!

I've been watching/listening to this every day for a while. Everything about it is just spectacular - brilliant composition by Tchaikovsky, the orchestra and the conductor, and of course the virtuoso performance by Bomsori in her lovely, eye-catching dress. Her beauty and style as a violinist is second to none!

She plays with precision and great depth of feeling, she lives this beautiful concerto as she plays it. I have not heard the "big" concertos performed any better than Bomsori Kim's renditions over the past few years. I think she is wonderful to watch in performance, marvellous.
Please also try listening to Lisa Batiashvili, Janine Janson and Alena Baeva. Offcourse Bomsori Kim is good.

Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto reveals such power and intensity. The whole concerto is literally captivating. The chemistry between the orchestra, the soloist and the conductor are excellent, the trio is subordinating themselves to the music. KUDOS to the orchestra, B. Kim and the conductor. You had captured (3 years ago) a lot of the same thoughts in my head as I watched this impressive rendition, by far my favorite rendition of the Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto available on KZhead! I eventually learned this performance took place on Bomsori's 30th birthday.
Probably the most lively interpretation of this piece ever.......played with beautiful animation and pace......Great!
