He has more range than the most famous Castrato, Farinelli. He has redefined the boundaries of the voice. He defies genres and vocal categories, certainly. He simply has it all.
One of the great voices in the World today. Technically, he could be THE best singer. He may not be everyone's cup of tea but one cannot deny his talent and vocal abilities. He uses no way as way, has no limitation as limitation. Personally, I like what he does. He doesn't confine himself to any one genre, so each new performance is almost guaranteed to be something different. I guess when he has nearly eight octaves and multiple vocal techniques at his disposal, he can sing anything !! I've been following Dimash since 2017 when he sang this song SOS on The Singer 2017. I'm a 60-1-year-old man that still gets teared up after 2 years of listening to this master every day to first reactions. I was Dimashified, just like you. It's a speechless moment, which is okay because that's the effect the master has. He is the GOAT. It's hard to believe but you're going to be surprised and jaw dropped again even though now you know he's great. Sinful Passion, Olympico, Stranger and Unforgettable Day will affect your soul. Dimash also has a rendition of Ave Maria, without any words, AND it's the BEST Ave Maria. There's a perfect note at the end even though they're all perfect. It's actually more perfect. I sneak in that ONE note, every week on my list to do.

What is he? He's not a what, he is Dimash and there is no one like him. This video did have cc for English translations. The song is from a French rock opera called Starmania and was written many years before Dimash was born. Dimash began his music studies at the age of 5 and still does vocal training for 3-5 hours every day. He said that since the age of two, he has never wanted to do anything other than sing, and several degrees to prove it. along with incredible vocal skills. As we say here in America, "You ain't heard nothing yet."

Dimash will not be put into any box or genre. He loves mixing things up, doing different genres, and fusing different types of singing together. He is absolutely AMAZING! He is extremely gifted, but he also works very hard to perfect his skill, and PERFECT it, he does! If you will go down the Dimash rabbit hole, I will subscribe to your channel. He is ability goes way beyond that. He is a once in lifetime artist. We are lucky to be in his lifetime. Two other great artist I discovered with him is So Hyang from S.Korea and Hua Chenyu from China. Dimash just gets better. He has a live song Stranger that most all reactors love.

Dimash is a tenor, and a baritone, and a bass (he can get almost as low as Avi Kaplan), an Alto, Mezzo soprano, to the highest soprano. Born with innate musical abilities like perfect pitch and hearing classical music and playing it on the piano/keyboard. He began his classical/operatic vocal training just before turning age 5 and continuing just a few weeks from turning 30. He has also trained in contemporary and pop vocals. He is an athlete, fashion design, model, fine car model, fine watches and other modeling events. He plays at least 7 instruments, dances, performs in his own videos, He just completed his video (When I've Got You) He is from a musical family and they are all very kind, giving, loving people. There was just a major flood in his hometown and he and his father were on the ground providing food, money, and other needs the people had need of. Besides his Ph.D. he has traveled to the US to study Film Directing.

You could say show off but you have to understand dimashs history from five years old singing professionally enrolled in the academy of music at the university and enrolled in every competition on that part of the world Baltic states Russia and China and in the world competitions. He had to bring out all the stops…show off. Then you’ve got a guy with an 8 octave range. This song popopera is a result of that range what to do with it…how to honor that voice and use it. When I heard him first I knew he would not sing Mary had a little lamb. He himself or producers writers composers had to write for his voice and that’s what you’re going to hear every time no simpleton song. He must rewrite recompose for himself. He collabs but this is no ordinary collab or simple cover of the songs he does. You can say show off if that’s what you hear, but what would you want to hear this immaculate voice do?
