The Next GT-R! Meet the 1341bhp Nissan Hyper Force

Electric GT-R, is that you? Well, if it looks like a GT-R and terrifies like a GT-R, is it…? It's actually called the Nissan Hyper Force, a radical high performance electric supercar that gets AWD, solid-state batteries and massive performance. Yup, it’s an e-Godzilla. Concept, yes, but all the hallmarks of a future electrified GT-R are present and correct, including a bombastic power output and bleeding-edge tech, with active aero and a ‘plasma actuator’. Intriguing. There’s advanced self-driving on board via a suite of sensors and ‘hyper LIDAR’, and because it’s a concept from the future, you can play racing games (cough, Gran Turismo, cough) when stopped via augmented reality and a VR headset. Oh, all the screen graphics - as per old GT-Rs - were done by Polyphony.
So, hot air? Or the next GT-R? Let us know in the comments...

This video sold me on it, Feels Cyberpunk but not dystopian, feels like a Gundam mobile Suit, and kinda like Disneys Tron. I love it, and can’t wait for it to be on a video game, fingers crossed its on Forza, I should get Grand Turismo, but man Forza Horizon has my heart even with all of its downsides. • As a fello dad, try your best not to sell your cars because you are starting a family. Especially if its your dream car. Kids will grow up and when they do, you're gonna wish you kept your car and just found a way to buy a family car to have both. I sold my built sr20 black top s14 kouki and bought a SUV to fot that my daughter, son and wife. Didnt really need the money, but 100% needed a bigger car. i even had a garage space or my parents house had space in back where I couldve covered/stored the car. I was so short sighted on my kids/family that cars weren't as exciting anymore. Now that my youngest is off to college, my love for imports/cars is ramping back up again since I got more free time now and space at the house lol. I regret selling that beautiful S14.

    • It’s meant to reflect the world around you as everything becomes atomised and soulless those born in a world of glass skyscrapers and tasteless clothes will look to the past and look to the rear exotic cars which will have curves and emotion, real passion thrown into it rather than having an ai generate concepts based off of the most ideal and ‘expressive’ sharp lines. They’ll look at those things and feel that their cars are inadequate, their clothes are inadequate, their houses and apartments are inadequate and they need to keep running the rat race in order to afford that kind of lifestyle. Remember when everyone’s a King in their own way thanks to mass production the real wealthy need to make emotional design, hand crafted production and more over beauty as a whole an exclusivity only accessible to those with deep enough pockets. I’m a fashion business management student and university and assure you taking a look at the techniques we used to employ to make clothing and the fabrics, it’s clear to anyone with more that 3 brain cells that that’s their plan across the whole of society. Take buildings for example. The real wealthy will continue to live in wonderfully designed 1700s chateaus and manors while the rich tasteless folk will implant the aspirations of owning a box with sharp angles all over it. It comes from the simple fact that, if you can dream of more from seeing just what’s capable when man put their mind to it, you’re more likely to. Why do you think poor neighbourhoods have awful architecture with dilapidated and derelict buildings and facilities in states of disrepair. Let them not dream so they may never figure out a way out of their suffering.

And is reasonable why the Hyper Force is only a concept car, they want to test the EV techgnology based in evolving FE series (where they participate), and who knows, in a future we'll meet hybrid GT-Rs that surpass way too much that current R35 models and their EV variants.

  • eh, should've been hybrid. A high performing ICE with dual electric motors. Thats what the next GT-R should be. Don't say good-bye to the ICE just yet. Its what defines a GT-R! Just look at BMW's next M5! Then move on to fully EV for the model next after, when the tech matures even further.

  • I think it looks beautiful, in that near future, cyberpunk kind of way, similar vibes from the cybertruck but actually looks good, not just within it's genre.

  • I don't personally like the look, maybe it's just the color. I mean the angles are great and very sporty, just not a fan of the look 100%. As far as drivetrain goes a next-gen GT-R being a hybrid wouldn't make me upset at all. You get the engine sounds plus the EV-like acceleration it's truly the best of both worlds

  • Weirdly enough I think the gt-r is the only current supercar brand that fits the electric future. Most supercars are about the noise and drama but the gt-r has always felt more clinical and cutting edge
