What do you guys think about my new website? pcbuilds.gg/build/800-gaming-pc-build
Think it's very cool, easy to read through.
I was going to make that choice but no 7500f in my country you also should of went with 6000 mhtz ram as it’s less than 5$ more and it future proofs the system better
I got rx 6800,ry 5600 with stock cooler ,b550 mobo,16 gb ddr4 ram, 1000 w psu(my previous 750 broke down ,no choice but to go with this),1 TB storage, what do you recommend to upgrade under 500 usd
Very clean website
If it’s a 6000mhz CL30 kit then yes I’d say it’s worth it, but the cheapest I’ve seen for that speed and CAS latency are above $100, which is a little out of budget.
I am glad there's people like you on YT proving to PC gamers that you don't need a huge budget to build a great PC and enjoy awesome PC gaming.
Ive finaly built this monster. So proud of how it turned up. Couldn't have donr it without you man. Thanks alot 👊
Amazing job Simon!
I'm doing this build as well. I was wondering should I go with the 7600xt instead?
@@JonTonSoup Yeah i tink so
What wifi card dis you use for it? About to build my. Thank you?
Always loved the build series from you; glad it's making a return after a few weeks! For $800, this build is pretty solid. Could always spend a bit more on case fans or PSU cable extensions!
Fortunately, I do have a version of this pc case linked in my pcbuilds.gg link that comes with fans. It's only $60 USD.
Man, you have come a long way from your 2020/21 builds. You are easily in my top 3 for best youtube pc builders. Keep it up my guy!
Who are the other two? I will find them and subscribe. Thanks!
@@sethjsanchez OzTalksHW and tech by Matt are two lesser known techtubers. Devyn Johnston also does really cool mini itx builds.
Legitimately can say you are my go to when i wanna see a good budget build
THIS IS WHAT IVE BEEN WAITING FOR!!!!
Amazing!
Thank you for the guide. I built my first computer in 2016, and it was hassle back then, but it was worth it and I felt pretty accomplished! Lately, though, games have gotten too advanced for my old computer and I'm worried about overheating my system and breaking something. So I decided to upgrade from a AM3+ to the newest 5th Gen mobos! It has been a long time though, so I needed a refresher and your guide was not only a fun reminder of what it's like to build a computer, it was very helpful in getting my budget down below a 1000$ like it originally was. The parts I'm choosing are a little different from the vid, but I'm happy spending only 900$ for a new computer compared to my original list. Now I'll finally get a chance to join the Helldivers 2 Democracy!
I am SOOOO happy to see this build guide Mr Scattervolt, as you know, I am setting myself a goal to build a PC this year and I am going to be building on the AM5 platform, I have been on the fence about this specific motherboard vs an ASRock Pro RS, but this one seems to do the job just fine… despite the lack of extra M.2 slots which the Pro RS would offer… but I guess that is the trade off for the extra £30 or so for the Pro RS, but yes, absolutely stunning build and gives me hope that my build will look very nice and do everything I wan/need it to do with head room for upgrades in the future, I shall let you know how I get on with my build… once I actually get the money together to find it (I am going with a 4070Ti Super for my specific build, but that is just because I really like the specs of this card).
I’ll definitely buy this PC when I start saving! Finally my dream of having a PC will come true!
I have built 2 computers based on your videos. Thank you so much, you are a blessing to the many people with fears about the process. You are an awesome dude.
Great to hear!
Brooo I just wanted to personally thank you🙏🏻 I’ve never built a PC before and after watching this video it made me confident enough to do it. Yesterday I finished my first build thanks to this step by step video and parts list! Huge upgrade from the gaming laptop I have been playing with. Much appreciated🙏🏻🙏🏻🔥
Amazing! Thank you!
Nice title icons! Really drew my attention 😂 Great build guide man. Always super thorough and informative. 👍🏻
It’s the meta!

Amazing I actually watched the full video and loved it
Great! This one was one of our rougher ones so we appreciate it!
Thank you very much for this video, as someone who has been a console gamer all my life (Mostly PlayStation), i have now decided to migrate to PC seeing how Xbox and PS no longer have any exclusives hence making their respected consoles no longer needed, i am not a snob who needs the latest most high tech stuff just a good 1440P 60FPS PC is all i want and this video delivered perfectly, a new subscriber and look forward to seeing more content from your channel for a new PC master Race member.
The timing! Getting ready to do my second PC build and this is the exact case I chose. Cheap, small and compact, but also love the dual tempered glass look.
Bro, we permanently damaged the bills franchise over the weekend.
@@ScatterVolt lmao, 0-3 leaves a mark for sure! It was a stressful one
We’re going back again!
@@ScatterVolt We got a hell of a defense! Finally!
How is it
Watching from the Uk thanks for your videos. So many platforms on pc building but they don’t touch on the most important aspect of the build which i do believe is the final setup. Bios updates, all drivers and windows.
I go the extra mile because I want to be as beginner friendly as possible
That is a beautiful little beast. Love it
Thank you!
What a great KZheadr honestly
I’m currently trying to finish my pc but I’m on a am4 platforms I think after seeing your video going am5 for 800 is perfect I’ll try to if I can but now I need to finish my pc very great build congrats
I'm gona build this PC !! Really like how you explain things well done mate 👍 and the pc look like a beast for what I want to play on it PS this will be my first build
Can u tell me how good it is after u build it?
I was waiting for this!
I deliver!
I just bought the CPU made shire, and it checked all the requirements. This will be my first build ever. Exited and kind of nervous but this video and you're explanation gives me confidence i just need to collect the other 7 components (like thanos collecting 7 stones and Goku collecting the Dragon balls) i will for sure be comi g back to this video everytime i get a part dellivered
Did 7 get the delivery
been planning my first PC build with a budget of ~$860 by watching many of your videos so this was a perfectly timed video!
Awesome
Do yourself a favor and wait for the 7600xt 16gb.
you should go for an rx 6700 xt 12gb because its faster than the rx 7600 xt 8gb/16gb and 16gb doesnt make a big difference on such an medium fast card.
@@Dekka0612 Or rx 6750xt, in some countries it has the same price as the normal 6700 xt
Currently thinking about building a pc with a ryzen 5 5600 and Rx 6700xt around the same budget. So this video helped a lot.
i have exact same build and its amazing
these two builds won't have much difference between them but the Ryzen 5 7500F is AM5..
If you can, get the R5 5600X. A bit more performance for little to no extra $ depending where you find it.
I have the same parts, built it on new years. I will say that I’ve been having some performance issues, but with patience they can be fixed.
That Cas latency ratio information is a w for anyone who doesnt know exactly how to choose ram.
Awesome video sir.👏🏽👏🏽
First time watcher of your content and I think you have single handidly convinced me to do a build for the first time in 8yrs. Quick set of questions, how reasonable is it to use my current case when down scaling from an ATX MB to a Micro? Same for Power Supply which is a 1000W? Finally, what would be the next best GPU upgrade from the 7600 in the video? I think i can bend the budget slighly if Im able to reuse PSU and Case.
You cooked once again king!
Nice biceps bro… and great build! 👍
👀
Thanks Man, I’m currently building this pc and it will be first one
Same
i couldn't get it under 900 so i changed a few things and have something Beter for under 1000
I swear to God man, that you are seriously super awesome! That's an awesome guide and thanks so much! Two thumbs up and a sub from me!
Thank you so much Diotius!
Man... I'm so glad I watched your videos bro, I was this close to buy a prebuilt in that 800 $ range. But in the end I built my own PC with Ryzen 5 5600 and RX 6700 XT, and its even better than that prebuilt option, only thanks to you! Keep it up bro, you're doing an amazing job here!
You’re welcome!
@@ScatterVoltshould I still wait or should I buy a computer
Build a pc when you’re financially ready
if u got about 450$ and u just want to play in 1080p than u can go and build one maybe a r5 3600 16gb ddr4 and arc a580 or rx 6600 or a r5 5600 for cpu and a 1070/1070ti (if u play older games since intel dont have optimized drivers for all games) but if ur gonna build a 1440p or 4k gaming pc u should wait for the new intel arc b980 / b970 its said to be as strong as a 4080 and half the price (its just a rondom leak but even if it could cause to all gpu's that coasts more than 400$ to drop in price specially if intel finish drivers for older games) @@imaneboy
@imaneboy wait a month gpu prices will go down as amd attempts to compete with the new 4000 series cards and who knows some of the new 4000s might go down in price because nobody really wants to buy the 4070 super
Overclocking both the gpu and cpu worked out well I assume then? I do some gaming. I play competitive games for the most part like cs2 type games. I just want to make sure I dont overpower the gpu where it does more bad than good. Should I undervolt it or do you think the overclock option is just fine to use? Thanks so much!
Excuse me sir, i want to asking something questions about this vidio. In this vidio, you using all part/component for pc with new and fresh quality? Not second?
I loved how he explained every atomic step to building the pc for beginners. But then not showing how to install the fans is a bit Sad for me. Still Great Video tho. I ask myself what that button on the powersupply was next to the powerswitch cause i normally dont see that in pc builds.
I put that wifi card in a pc build for my brother recently and it works great.
Thanks, I appreciate this pc build and I will build this myself but u will have a 6700xt instead of the 7600xt. I really like that you also show a short guide on how to build this beast, it is beautiful and beastly OP, and some feedback and a question the feedback is that you could give a little box that has the price on the part, and for the question will my 6700xt fit in the case. Gotta love this it helped me out so much. Love /Pc builder
One word, and one word only; banger!
Thanks Doc!
Absolutely great video i recently upgraded my i7 4790k to am4 5600x i wish this video came out sooner an i would have been on am5 but im currently in the midst of building my partner a pc and im interested in wether or not this motherboard will be able to handle better cpus that come out in the future as i read online that some am5 motherboards are only made to handle 65w cpus so im not sure what one to purchase as im on a budget will this b650m p be able to handle better cpus?
i like the cube style case
Eyyyy new upload, It felt like a year
Your contents are gold! Keep it up!
Thanks a lot!
Oh and the beard looks nice 👍
Incredible to see such great form and aesthetics with such a low budget. You smashed it dude 🦾
Thanks Matt!!
Is there any alternative SSD? It’s out of stock on newegg. Also the seller for the 7500f you recommended doesn’t ship to the US for some reason. It’s the only one that comes with the cooler
Bro… your video description are A+++++++
Do you like the single pcbuilds.gg link?
Would this build work well for audio and video recording and editing??
Great build for 800$ !!! Also its very nice to listen to ur guide and narration while u build, very easy on the ears , simple and clear !!! Cheers from India ,big fan !!!
Been eyeing those Enermax AIOs for a while now, they look sick.
That case is dope
Those are very nice cases. i’ve used the DIYPC-Q10 and Q01. I call them “widebodies”. They are great cases to build in. Plenty of room…….especially up by the 8 pin CPU plug. Even if you use a tower cooler you can still get your hand in there to plug in that 8 pin.
Hey man great video. Wanted to ask, is 32 gb necessary or 2x8gb 5200 cl 36 can do too ? Thank you.
I've been a console gamer all my life. Highest fps I've ever experienced is 60. I'm going to build my pc soon and I'm probably going to build this one but with a different GPU. I'm a little nervous about purchasing the CPU from AliExpress but I'll trust you. I'll also make sure to purchase from the link you provided in the description. Hopefully all goes well with my first build.
The cpu will take a while to ship, but it’ll come with just the cpu and not the cooler, so don’t forget to get your own cooler with it. Nearly any will work with the 7500f (air or water).
Question, why won't the cpu include the cooler? yours did, didn't it? It's not a big deal since I wouldn't use it anyway but it makes me question the authenticity,@@ScatterVolt
I've watching you since you looked like a preteen nice job
That mouse is out for blood bro!
I like the case but ended up opting for an MSI 850W full mod psu along and an Rx 6750xt. I can't wait to get building
I really like this version of Radeon reference model, even more than the Nvidia founders edition.
Is there a good 16gb ram version also is there another cpu option cause i heard ali express takes long time to ship
looking like a grown man snack also you look happy gaming 😊
this came out before i bought your most previous $800 pc build, last one was intel, this one is ryzen luckily, i have only bought the case, psu, and ram from the last build, can i buy the rest of the parts from this to finish the build? or will there be any problems?
I love your vids but Ali express is a massive gamble , i do pc builds for extra cash and sometimes to help people so your range of builds is great for ideas and comparisons, keep p the good work
Love your Tier list vids! Could you do one for motherboards as well? I am confused between Gigabyte which is known to have coil whine when you push it hard and MSI which has slow boot times
Not my area of expertise
Would the predator GM7000 1tb be a good replacement for the ssd? I'm new to building and wanted to make sure
Best budget PC of the year and even 2023. I live in a market where we can buy these CPUs directly from a shop and not Aliexpress. I use the Ryzen 3 4300G which I've come to realize is quite rare in USA markets. I paired it with 3600Mhz RAM and it's working well for me. I've got my eyes on the RX 7600 but the mark up we pay here is very heavy. it's about a $100 more
where do you live?
Building this for streaming
“You have to order it from Aldi Express, which in my eyes is not a problem” I’m still waiting for my thumb drive that I ordered a year ago
Great VID..Any chance you could do a PC Build with the Thermaltake Tower 300 case that you showed on your CES Video?? Im in the market for this system now...Thanks
what are the cpu temps while gaming? Great video and its great to see a creator put the 7500f out there
Just like a 7600
*Very good looking build with decent performance at a decent price point!*
Thanks again Alex!
Does this motherboard have wifi? the webpages seem to differ about this MB
Let’s go we’re back
Welcome back!
Hey, would a RTX 3060 12GB work well in this build? Thanks.
It says the 7500F is not able to be shipped to my area. What's that about? I thought Aliexpress would ship anywhere (within reason).
Can I use an Radeon RX 7600 Gaming OC 8GB Graphics Card instead of the AMD Radeon RX7600
@scattervolt i have 2 questions should i go for a 7800xt or a 4070 pairing with a ryzen 7600 / and do you know some nice white pc cases under 100€ that can fit a atx motherboard. you make nice vids bro keep up the good work
definitely not the 4070, worse performance and more expensive. 4070 only got better raytracing
I have i5 12400f i need a gpu which one is better rx 6600 xt or rtx 3060 12gb iwant play games in high frame rate , recording games and graphic design
Great thumbnail great video as always Marc ❤ Btw Marc what do you think about the msi b650 s Wi-Fi it's thier latest mobo in am5 line-up and it's Darn cheap considering it's a atx motherboard it's around $149
Sounds good
Is it possible to have the case on the left side of my table rather on the right? I’m new into tech and i want to build my first pc but idk for some reason all pc cases are made to be placed on the right side of a setup, like the clear panel is always on the right. Is there a solution?
Bro you are a legend i was about to buy a laptop for the same price
Oh god no 😅
Consoles are cheaper
Ik that the cpu comes wth the cooler but I need to know what the cooler model is. Can you please tell me
Please can you do a video going through how to buy used gpus(where from, what cards are best, how to see if the card is in good condition, how to not be scammed and what to do when the card arrives such as cleaning and repasting)
It all boils down to common sense really The cleaning stuff you can find tutorials for
This video is perfectly timed for me. I may build a pc around this price range, and I'm willing to take my time and deal shop (perhaps a few months to a year). Is there any components you would recommend looking into right now, and inversly any specific things to wait on?
Higher end Radeon GPUs are undergoing a big discount currently due to RTX 4000 super
@@ScatterVolt thanks man!
Honestly great video and I bought the parts, new to pcs and it’s kinda annoying that you linked a cooler in the build and didn’t show us how to install it 💔
How do you find these cases, love the build
Can I use cx650 instead of cx650m? Also do you buy external cords
I just need some summetwork and I'll buy these right away and I'll buy a 5g net so it doesn't lag
I also have kind of a similar build Ryzen 5 7500F Saphire Pulse 6650 XT MSI Pro B650M-A Wifi Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000 MHz 32GB(2×16GB) WD Blue SN580 1TB Corsair CX650F Cooler Master TD500 V2 The processor is the same and the 6650xt and 7600 are neck and neck with the 6650xt having better efficiency and the 7600 having just a tiny bit better performance, the motherboards are also neck and neck, Ram and storage doesn't really matter it just comes to preference and then the power supply is also the same I just went with the fully modular one
Nice
I missed this series
CES delayed things yes haha
I cant get the PSU it is off sale can get a tips of another PSU?
Getting a B motherboard is a great place to cut cost for gaming rigs. Often they have the exact same VRMs you'll find on the Z and X boards if you research properly and gamers don't often need a chipset with all those extra lanes anyway. Plus there's always adapters if they need wifi or Bluetooth.
Exactly
how about a620
@@_mariko791 they're fine for lower end CPU's and light gaming. I sort of think if you have to cheapen out so far to the point you're buying one, either wait and save more money or buy a used system.
@@timotmon so a620 + r5 7500f is fine?

would this also work for 3d moddling also
Hey im new to pc building and been looking at building one for the past month. I have a similar build I'm considering but would the ryzen 5 7600x work with this build? and is it any better? Im also considered a mobo called GIGABYTE B650M DS3H, would that work with this build and is it any better? the reviews on amazon for the mobo arent great but not sure if any mobo would work. haven't watched the whole vid yet but I think a wifi adapter is needed but does that come with any of the parts or is it a seperate part? not trying to buy a bunch of pc parts and end up not being able to use it.
You’re stressing out too much 😅 You’ll be fine with those choices.
Hi quick question, if you could spend a little more on a cpu which would you suggest? By a little more i mean 50-100 bucks more
Keep the 7500F and spend that extra on a 6700XT/7600XT
i made a pc with similar specs on corsairs pc builder and it came to just under 500 dollars and instead of the amd radeon i went with the nvidia rtx 3090 ti founders edition bc i checked them and the 3090 had better specs. please tell me if im wrong.
Planning a very similar build
