In this episode of Nick's Wild Ride, Nick finishes up taking care of his first ever moose and heads to the hills to hunt ptarmigan. Without a doubt, this is some of the most remote bird hunting you will ever find in the world. Nick and his buddies are dropped off by helicopter to hunt birds with their favorite hunting dogs.
After the hunt, Nick and the crew head back to camp to grill up some fresh moose meat.
You gotta love Newfoundland
Nick: "We've got to get a bull moose that weighs almost three-quarters of a ton back to camp." Me: "Teddy Roosevelt weighed nowhere near that much!" 🤣😂🤣😂
How are you allowed to have a drone for footage on your hunt ? It’s unethical to do so .
Drones are not used during the hunting.
There just a part while you guys are walking towards your down moose from a drone or helicopter I guess it coulda been . But aren’t you not allowed to even have it in possession while on a hunt ? I’m curious cause I would love to bring mine for great landscape footage.
