@@samuelfawell9159LOL, cause the law dictates what morality is? Cause if someone never gets caught or the populace is too lazy or ignorant or dishonest to research objective reality means a person obviously did it or didn't do it. Cause they didn't just admit live on TV in a Congress hearing that Biden is mentally unfit to be president. Oh yeah, I'm sure Drumpf is the real villain. Both Presidents couldn't possibly be in the pockets of foreign interests such as Israel even though both were seen kissing the temple wall. Yep cause we are well informed citizens who base reality and morality off of entertainment, like star wars
Wow, biblically accurate FBI, they don't protect shit. 😂
Especially since the character said that he's w the NYPD
I'm rather impressed at how good John Travolta is in the roles he takes. Not saying he's "the best actor ever" or that he is doing Shakespeare or anything like that, but he IS consistently very good in the roles he takes.
John Travolta is so good at being the villain.
Loved him in Battlefield Earth!
@@zachjakubowski7997 I didn't hate the movie, but for the list of so called "bad movies", I prefer Water World.
Negotiator: $20 bucks says you wont do that again and let me tell you why Hostages: ..........
Such a good movie. Remakes suck but damn Travolta killed it.
What's the name of it

Movie name: The Taking of Pelham 123
Washington and Travolta. Grew up watching their movies. All sorts of roles. They just don't make them like that no more.
That ngoserator just wanted all the glory himself!
What? You mean negotiator
r/ihadastroke
I understand thathollywood has to show thatthe whytemann isevil and all, but it’s so unrealistic since thepolice would immediately listen to demand > to try to help as best as possible, and do a good job. I don’t think glory is something that is cared about to much, in the case of trained professionals that do HRT operations…
@@deviloon8611it was just one word that was misspelled, kiddo… I understand that it’s hard for the iPad generation to get context clues, but here it’s super easy to understand what the misspelled word says…
@@malcomx1924Yeah, but I imagine the kid with thr IPad has the decency to not spam the same stupid comment over and over again.
Travolta can play anyone: heroes, villains, or any character in between.❤❤❤😊
Even the mother of the main caracter :)
Denzel/Travolta is a killer acting mix !
sending denzel home is never a good idea
Unless you send him to my home.
I'm not sure what John Tuturro's natural voice sounds like, but he sure sounds like Adam Sandler here.
Thats why Zohan was so good!
And Mr Deeds...
Noooo
The guy clearly stated he was with the NYPD. Not the fbi😅😅, good movie btw
I don't think promoting yourself as the best makes you the best. It's like saying "I'm the best assassin that ever lived. ". The best assassin is the one who no one knows. Assassination means no witnesses and no one can know you.
Much like how, for most of the biggest serial killers, the majority of their victims are only listed as "missing" until after the killer is caught.
Somebody got to know you to hire you, unless you're randomly taking people out, but that's typically not what people mean by "assassin"
You can see it on his face when he hears the guy get shot He didnt expect that to happen
Travolta made a joke about “Grease” 😂
Wait is the motorman from grease as well?
Denzel is a hell of an actor. I own numerous movies with him as the, star
"You were always gonna be the first one to go." Damn, that's cold.
What a great negotiator
I'm NOT getting on a plane, train, or boat with Denzel Washington or Tom Hanks!!!
What about Samuel L. Jackson?
@LordAuron I forgot about that Mutha F'er!!!
😂😂😂
@@LordAuron I forgot about that Mutha F' er!!! LOL
Sandra Bullock?
The conversation after they requested Garber back on the line isn't the negotiation at all. It's absolutely refusing.
"this FBI agent.." "hi I'm with the NYPD"
We'll miss you Jet ...❤
Jet who?
The „negotiator“ is a narcissist that knows nothing at all about negotiating
Very underrated movie. Travis is a phenomenal bad guy
Lmao. This movie was so good. John was crazy as hell in this one.
When the guy with the gun says he wants to speak to a certain person to negotiate, YOU GET THAT PERSON!
Its Ambrose! (Monk's brother).
Was just watching the rpisode that introduces him the other day XD
Such a good series
I was looking for this movie for years, thank you
JOHN TRAVOLTA - " YOUR THE LOOK INTO YOUR HEART GUY! I WANT THE KING KONG AINT GOT NOTHING ON ME GUY!" 😂
Lieutenant : "okay who our villain today?" Officer : "jhon travolta sir!" Lieutenant : "oohhh....how many hostage remain?"
Watched the clip once, gotta watch the full thing
everyone in this scene - incredible actors!
"DO NOT..SEEK..THE TREASURE..."
The negotiator speaks like an over the phone support operator
I watch this movie yesterday and it's still holds down as one of the most excited movies to watch. I swear to God anytime you put Denzel Washington in a train together you get magic
Wats name please

"One man, betrayed by the country he loves most"
Logistically, it made zero sense to send the guy home, when he asked to stay.
The FBI, incompetant in movies and often IRL. Leave it to them to make the matters worse cause they think they know best.
One of the most important rules of a hostage situation, never bluff the hostage taker
This was such a great movie
Denzel is such a superb actor.
When Travolta has facial hair... he's not to be messed with
"how did a man like you, get into a position of trust and power."
FBI? Clearly says with the NYPD
For those wondering what movie this is, it’s “Ernest goes to Camp”
I think Travolta's character sensed "the sneakiness".
Imo, this one Travolta's best performances.
Why is the name of the movie never in these shorts?
They want people to post comments asking for it cause it drives engagement numbers up.
The taking of Pelham 123
The man with the gun holds all the cards... arrogance doesnt have a chance in changing the status quo.
Good movie, had no idea it was a remake (starring Quint from Jaws) until recently. James Gandolfini is excellent as the Mayor.
He shouldn't have sent him home and not let that guy talk to him.
God i remember watching this movie and I loved it. Was my first exposure to Denzel and Travolta.
Phantom negotiating with terrorists 😂
Eyyy. One Muchentuchen and yogurt shop.
At least he was honest to the motorman. “It is what it is”.
This is such a good movie
That’s how they really are when talking to people doesn’t look like them
the original film is a big time classic
What is the original film?
@@kvegh the taking of Pelham 1 2 3 with Walter Matthau and Robert Shaw
Yes, I loved the original, I have, as yet to watch the Denzel version, though I do love Denzel Washington as an actor.
@@dietisnotdifficult3305 I love Denzel too, but it wasn't very good... shouldn't have been remade
They were idiots by telling him to go home the man with the gun and hostages if they want to talk to a certain someone, it's probably best to have that person nearby
Although a movie many times Feds don’t know how to handle a situation… like the siege of Waco
Amazing movie, i love Travolta in this role
One man! Alone! Betrayed by the country he loves!
Need to watch the 1974 version of the movie "Excellent "
Can't believe it was the same actor in "you don't mess with zohan" , amazing actor😊❤

Excellent movie with stellar performances from Travolta and Washington ❤

What is the name of this movie?
“negotiations were short.”
Props to the writing here as well
Wasn't an FBI agent. He very clearly stated he was in the NYPD.
He did a good job of that in Transformers too.
If I was Denzil character I wouldn’t have came back. I be like fuck my job. 😅😅
