On March 24, the Center for East Asia Policy Studies at Brookings held a public forum that brought together experts from Japan and the United States to examine how recent actions by China and Russia have impacted the global order. Additionally, panelists analyzed whether new geopolitical rivalries have returned both between and within the East and the West.

  • Japanese have sense of shame , but no sense of guilty. Like a cold blood snake, the unexpected bite is always foreseeable to those helping hands.

  • I understood about 30% of what the second speaker (Japanese) said. It's too bad, but likely the best thing for everyone his speaking style is not understandable. The funny thing is the speaker (3rd) that followed makes a remark at 38:50 about him, and says, "I loved that presentation, ha ha ha that was really terrific ha ha ha". Yes, the 3rd speaker was laughing at him.

  • You want to argue your diplomacy when your country does not even respect international ruling about ownership of islands in China sea. you do not respect other countries rights. your people are rude. your policy is greed, you want to own the whole china sea and do not allow passage in this international waters. You still have the policy of expansionism. Retyrn the islands to the Philippinrs. All you are saying Is not true. You are the threat.
