    • 味精本來就是兩派爭議了。有一些教導人們追尋健康的書籍都說別吃味精,但近期又有「味精無害」的相關報導出現,只是未可知這些報導的動機是源自於「為人類尋求福祉」還是「維護與利益企業團體」罷了。 你、我都不是第一線的研究人員,所以唯一可以判定的方式就是「相信老天爺」多吃原形食物、少吃人工添加物就對了。
