  • The man clearly just came from the crash. There might be concussion or any psychologically distress like fear, panic, guilt. In fact, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, about 20% of car crash survivors experience symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in the aftermath. And, with kneeling on the knee, i think something should be studied here as it caused incidents too from the past that lead to death. Instances like those involving Tony Timpa (unarmed White 32-year-old man), George Floyd (Black 46-year-old man), Angelo Quinto (30-year-old Filipino-American Navy veteran) remind us of the lethal risks associated with this restraint technique. It's definitely not about the race. It's all situational where one is guilty of a crime and one is in authority, so maybe a calm talk before the hand cuffing can help de-escalate tensions and ensure a safer resolution for everyone involved.

    • @@joaopina6898 After watching the cams over again. I would say timing and neglect to relieve or even turn the man killed him. If you have ever tried holding your breath after doing three pushups? Don't try it. You could pass out or die. It was similar to what kids did in early 2000's when they would take deep breaths then let others push on their chest. Well..given the size of the man and only one set of cuffs used. I would say that contributed to his death. The human body swells when struggling or fighting. Breathing becomes intense due to the increased need for oxygen. To detain is one thing. To maintain is another. Force for Force...can be argued if it was one on one and the subject had manhandled officers the same. Trying to escape and dying before justice can be fairly given is murder in my eyes. Accidental or unintentional or intentional...? Did he die whilst in custody with more than two officers on scene? Sometimes people just aren't qualified to perform a duty. Even though they think they are or they want to. I guess ultimately we would need to weigh the crime he was accused of against death. Since I wasn't there... I'm blind folded So we must weigh the facts.. On the scales of justice
