Hey Mark, if you see this, give it a go again with the Infinite Fusion generator. While the one you played with mashes up sprites, the IF actually has TONS of custom sprites from artistssubmissions, and is still growing. Think their plan is a custom sprite for every imaginable pokemon fusion

@@vivulent I don't think it's AI powered, I'm 90% sure it take the head, hands/feet, tail, and coloring of one and puts it on the body of the other. There are a bunch of factors about the fusion process that can lead to the artifacting/resolution wonkiness like sprite sizes, resolution, generation each mon is from, etc. Given the amount of credits on the page for the generator, and how long this has been around, I'd genuinely be shocked to see it be reliant on AI art scraping

Hey Mark, if you see this, give it a go again with the Infinite Fusion generator. While the one you played with mashes up sprites, the IF actually has TONS of custom sprites from artistssubmissions, and is still growing. Think their plan is a custom sprite for every imaginable pokemon fusion
Some of the infinite fusions are so cool, and I'm sad I can't play them in the games

Some of the funniest parts were him hitting 'evolve' knowing that the evolution appearance is a lot different (e.g. whismur, tynamo) and therefore the resullt was going to be FAR from what he was potentially expecting xD

I would love to see this with the Infinite Fusion generator, since that one actually has artists making custom sprites for many combos instead of the body/head algorithm used in this one to combine sprites. There are some really unique ideas that pop up within it, and I'd love to see if he can find any of the cool, terrifying, or really out there designs.

Sadly it looks like the sprites are just done with AI stealing art if you look closer (tons of resolution changes and artifacts)

@@vivulent I don't think it's AI powered, I'm 90% sure it take the head, hands/feet, tail, and coloring of one and puts it on the body of the other. There are a bunch of factors about the fusion process that can lead to the artifacting/resolution wonkiness like sprite sizes, resolution, generation each mon is from, etc. Given the amount of credits on the page for the generator, and how long this has been around, I'd genuinely be shocked to see it be reliant on AI art scraping
The fact Mark looked at the screen directly at us while we grinned at him with "Furcario" is what filled me with delight. He's accepting it slowly and we have to pat him on the back for it.
