It is okay if she never returns to performing or releasing her own albums, but that was once Britney’s true passion. It was stolen from and poisoned for her. I wish she heals and feels that joy again, without fear of what could happen as a performer. She had a traumatizing experience with family, paparazzi, threats. She just nails it in 90-2000. Of course there was many great, but she was chosen by good managers and chosen by people needs. That's why she's icon. I'll always listen her song with sentiment. • There’s something so magical and impossible to name about having grown up during this era. The energy her videos gave …was so outer-worldly, rich and pigmented, exploding my imagination, and bringing me deeper into a love for music. “Oops” especially. Britney doesn’t get *nearly* enough credit for her creative mind; namely, the video concepts she came up with herself. She knew 👏her 👏sh*t 👏from such a young age… 10, 12 years old… A queen and a powerhouse. It’s time the world treasures her fully…

  • Lord when I say that I was a huge fan of Britney growing up, I mean it. When Britney guest starred on Sabrina The Teenage Witch, I screamed. When her movie, Drive Me Crazy came out in theaters, I had to see it. Forget going to the mall after school to hangout with friends. I was heading home to watch TRL to watch Britney’s videos. I miss being a young teen in the late 90s and early 2000s. Life was so much easier. All I had to do was make good grades, and do my chores. Life was so great back then.

    • @@trnigyul general concensus among critics? You mean the haters. Critics praused her albums and dancing skills on her music videos. They even praise her technicality on dancing. It was only later that her singing skills was criticized after "slave for you" released because they deemed her voice soundes unrealistic. Then the public deemed that she cant sing after her leaked song "Alien". I was 6 when she reigned. Yes she was not better at singing when compared to her peers especially Aguilera but nobody denied that she was talented only the haters did. Because I was one of those haters.
