If there’s one thing the monsters in this game is good at it’s architecture design
For those that are freaking out, he's actually burning in a cremation chamber, which burns at a very intense heat. So he did kind of get the fast way out, but also experienced some major fourth degree burns before kicking the bucket. That's also why his screams weren't long, cause he got roasted super quick.

From the corpulent, heavy breathing to the inexplicable, gravity-defying ceiling crawl, the Doctor is easily the creepiest enemy in the game.
It's not "gravity-defying", if you don't think he's fat, but looks and acts like a bloated cadaver.
I think the reason how hes on the ceiling is at 3:28 you can missing tiles in the ceiling and he grabs onto them.

I've never heard of this game before or know why it showed up in my recomended videos, but I am amazed at how incredibly well designed it is; the lighting and sound are amazing.
