He didn't march forward because Arman is a great wrestler. So his game plan was perfect. He let Arman come to him. Just like he should of did against Islam. The problem is he has no striking. The first choke was tight, the triangle might've getting tight when Arman knew it was the end of the round, but the d'arce in the 3rd was not. That was never close to actually putting Arman out and laying flat like that is an actual defense to that d'arce attempt and any grappler will tell you that. Lmao Weasel prepetuating blatantly false information is a bad reason? Make it make sense. He's biased as hell and it's clear in tons of his videos. Saying Arman went out then woke back up is such a moronic thing for an "analyst" to say I'm still shocked he actually said it. • Idk but I thought Chuck had it. By the way, though. Just wanted to mention that Max is now my favorite fighter by a mile. His fight with Justin was probably the craziest thing I’ve ever seen in the UFC. There’s actually not another moment in UFC history that tops that fight in my opinion. I mean, I literally thought that Max was going to be slaughtered, as did 95% of you. Justin is an absolute killer and for Max to have come up a weight class and walked right into Justin is insane. The way that he had the fight in the bag as a win and then called him into the center of the octagon to swing for the fences together, for the sake of the crowd and to then KO him with second left in a 5 round fight like that???? Are you effing kidding me? That was the most badass moment in ufc history

    • @chalky_white Justin abandoned his game plan. His leg kicks. He thought he could strike with max and got embarrassed. He gave up during the 2nd rd. People thought Justin would get 1 big shot due to hurting max legs. But didn't happen.

  • Respectfully, you are incorrect. As long as your arm is away from your face, this is a defense to the darce. To go flat. It prevents the attacker from getting into position with the legs

  • The worst part is if joe rogan did his job we’d have the answer to this. Armen mentioned in the interview that he doesn’t know how charles got the split decision and joe remarks “oh maybe because he almost finished you twice” and armen goes whatever. Instead of making the fighter look bad why not ask him “well how deep was the choke how close were you to getting finished”. Maybe hed reply oh acc i was comfortable there
