  • the first few minutes was so accurate and amazing coming from her. idols should be like that.. they all have equal skills (not necessarily means that they have to be the best). for example, everglow has Mia who’s literally an ace (main vocals/main dancer/can rap too) but a lot of ppl support Yiren (a visual but lacks in singing and dancing) more than Mia. a great example of an equal members is WJSN. they have Seola, Dawon, Soobin, Yeonjung for vocals but their lack of dancing skills are compensated by their great dancers Bona, Yeorum, Eunseo, Exy, and Dayoung.   • Honestly, it’s sad that there such a generation gap of difference in attitude and confidence. The seniors could be so good if they had more confidence. I think it’s slightly the public’s fault as being young n pretty gains the most attention, so freshman have that confidence.

  • I like that she mentions how an idol who can capture people's eyes(aka Visuals) are also important to have in a Kpop group. Love it or hate it a pretty face will attract people's eyes and attention even if they don't know them or the group
