I honestly think it’s so disrespectful/hurtful to single out members like that “she’s dancing it wrong” like who the fuck doesn’t know themselves?? It is not constructive criticism, by signalling her out it doesn’t help her in any way and as a result she gets more nervous and doesn’t perform well. I’m also in the opinion that it’s more important to enjoy dancing and put your heart in it than getting dance moves on sync, but Lisa seems to not be teaching any of that

The entertainment businesses is so, so competitive. You don't get second chances. People like Lisa are great because she makes everything look easy and like she's having fun when God knows how long she's been working that day! When someone makes it look easy, that's special. Her advice is valuable and I believe she is showing that she cares about the trainees and also her own reputation.

Lisa is the kind of teacher I would love but that can manage to make me cry😂
I would give everything to have a mentor like Lisa. Someone who’s a true professional and isn’t afraid to tell you exactly what you did wrong is exactly what anyone needs to become their best selves. Of course it’s always painful when you’re trying your best and someone you look up to points out your mistakes. It’s frustrating so it’s valid to want to cry, but that’s the driving force to constantly become better than your past self and eventually succeed.
If this is "tough", you probably don't want to see how Lisa was trained back in the days. I imagine the Korean trainers being much harsher as the talent pool in Korea is just off the charts.

Someone already said it on twitter, but “if you think she’s being rude you obviously haven’t taken a dance class.” The best dance teachers are the ones who are tough on their students because it pushes them to work hard. If Lisa was softer on the trainees they wouldn’t try as hard and they wouldn’t realise they are doing the small details like the heart sign wrong
I'm glad I don't have twitter. Most people I see in these comments are praising her and honestly I have become a HUGE fan of her because of her honesty and strictness. Those people just want to drag her for unnecessary reasons. Lisa knows what she is doing and damn I'm really impressed with her!
My dance teacher was always like this, I'd didn't matter if you were an advanced dancer or not She told you what you did wrong. Never sugar coated anything. If you did something wrong she went up and said it as it is. As a dancer I think that really helped me because it pushed me to give it my all and do a better job. so what Lisa is doing isn't mean at all. She knows what shes doing and she wants to push them so they can be successful like her.
My dance teacher used to call me a prissy little bitch every time i fucked up🤣🤣 Lisa is actually being really nice! Put yourself in the trainee's position, she bring a lot of emotional pressure to them which is not a good way of teaching. Maybe it's YG's negative influence.
Nah you don't always have to be strict for someone to well perform a cheoreography. In a show called The Unit for example, a guy named Daewon teached a band how to dance and he wasn't strict at all. He kept encouraging them to do better each time and the band ended up improving a lot. Even the most harsh dance teacher like Bae Yoon Jung gave some compliments sometimes and some trainees gaines some confidence, so it prooves that Lisa wasn't too harsh. It also shows that people can do well under pressure but little compliments and kindness keep them going, so even though Lisa said they didn't do the moves right, she showed them what to do without being too strict and that's what all dance teachers should do. She had the right balance between strict and kind. (so my point is I don't agree with the fact that all teachers have to be strict, but I agree with the fact that she wasn't rude)

I know giving feedbacks is good to make the other person better and Lisa is really doing a great job for that. It's just that some people couldn't handle the pressure and would breakdown after. All idols have been through all those hardships and I bet Lisa had been there before Edit: Just imagine what BTS have been through during their trainee days. Blood, Sweat and Tears bruh

Many people are critizing Lisa because they say that she is being so strict,but in reality,she did not come to make friends. She came to teach and help the apprentices to be better. So please,don't criticize for stupidities.
But then again,she came to help some TRAINEES to get better at dancing and all that!! Like she even got mad because that one girl didn’t smile, don’t you think she was to harsh on them. Because I know they are learning they are not pro dancers like Lisa.(I’m not hating I love Lisa with all that I have left in my heart so don’t get mad please!!!!)

Hobi World You obviously haven't taken a dance class before. Some mentors are even harsher than LISA. You do notice that most of the best dancers in the world have VERY, and I mean VERY harsh mentors. If LISA was soft at them, they wouldnt be as good of a dancer and they wouldn't learn quicker and learn to focus on small details.

For people saying Lisa is being “too strict” she is not trying to be strict as you heard her say. She was just trying to help and teach them. She even helped blackpink they were doing one thing wrong and then when Lisa said something about it and they got it right. She’s wanting them to have feeling when she told that girl to have more feeling she ignored it and didn’t do it she didn’t raise her voice at her she never did.

She’s doing her job professionally, she’s not trying to lower their self esteem down she’s just trying to show that if you want to be an idol you should at least do your job right. You know alot of people hated her because she had a “fake cute” side but now we get to see her like this the hate comments still come in. But you know what she didn’t give a fucc.
