He’s got a great supporting cast. That helps with a rookie QB. He played well, but his teammates did as well.

We will never know. BUT I will go to the grave that Purdy would have been the first rookie QB to win a Super Bowl if he didn't get hurt.

Brock Purdy...the most interesting story to come out of the NFL...for a very long time. We are so blessed to have him on our team. He was born to be a QB and he was born to be 49er! If he wins MVP and/or the Super Bowl...that story will be the biggest NFL story in history!!!

As a Fins Fan I'll always remember that game against us where JimmyG went down and I thought my Fins had a W. Boy was I Wrong!!! This kid came out of nowhere and picked apart our Defense to beat us. Purdy has my Respect🫡 ✊️

Nothing against Trey Lance but Purdy stepped in and immediately led the 49'ers to 6 straight wins in 2022. He earned the QB starter last year and then it was only a matter of time before Lance gets traded.

Ngl I’m a big Seahawks fan, but I like Brock Purdy a lot. He’s quite the qb in the pocket and I watched him smush our defense into a pulp twice and that was more than enough to make me respect him. He deserved to be picked higher. I watched some of his film from college before the draft and I thought he looked pretty good, but I guess scouts didn’t see much in him.

I grew up a Steve Young fan, and for the first time in many years i think we have another great quarterback. Keep up whatever you're doing Brock, i know you won't read this but we're all rooting for you.
Funny i was a steve young fan also, and it's funny because my team are the Eagles. But with how teams treat players anymore i am wondering why we root for teams instead of the individual.

Brock Purdy has to be one of the biggest steals in NFL draft history. He’s the real deal, he’s gone from Mr. Irrelevant to Mr. Can’t do without him. I love watching him play, I see a lot of Joe Montana in how Brock Purdy plays the game, the improvising, the short passing game, he’s a joy to watch. In Brock Purdy I trust.

Purdy has been amazing to watch..... He exhibits confidence and the game is not too fast for him. Great vision and cool on the pocket and able to go through his reads like a veteran.... He is lucky to land in the perfect spot for him. A team with a great cast and a gifted coach who can help him play to his strengths.

Bro so Happy for Brock am a Giants fan for life.. but the guy everyone counted out came in and just balled.. some will say he walked into the perfect situation but he was barely drafted, the chip on his shoulders had to be huge. His heart that first start had to be beating out his chest , when he did get hurt it was just the football gods saying not yet 49ers, to loose 4 QBs in one season is crazy the fact the team held together was impressive.

I have watched him play Oklahoma 4 years and I thought he would be a mid 1st or early 2nd round draft. Was shocked when he went late. He was awesome with not so much talent around him. He always gave us trouble.
