  • 5:15 It’s kaffir lime leaves. 5:37 It’s galangal, not ginger. 6:10 Lime juice not evaporated milk!!! 6:17 Fish sauce 6:40 Chicken or pork bones broth (water also can) They use bird’s eye chili for hot and aroma, but any chili can be used if you want to cook at home. They put unsweetened condensed milk after put egg white then turn off the stove. Cooking cream also can if you don’t have unsweetened condensed milk.

    • What the person said is right. Lot for thing that the person that videotaped saying the ingredients r wrong. The guy took his/her time to correct this for ppl that want to make it. At least ask what they used before writing wrong ingredients for other ppl

  • I’m Thai…. comment below 👇 missing Lemon glass, Thai chili plates some chili plates oils. And no one use cooking creams for Tomyam we’re used coconut milk instead ~~if cook at home we don’t use those milk/coconut because River prawns heads provided enough richness flavors~~😀

  • The hand with glove pick the RAW prawns & squid to boil in the big hot pot. After cooked, use the same hand with glove that was contaminated with the raw seafood to arrange the cooked food. Food hygiene is very important

  • 5:40 it looks pretty much same as ginger but that is galangal and then lime juice or concentrate not unsweetened condensed milk 😅. Sorry if i'm wrong 🥰

  • I would recommend don’t eat the lime leaves, galangal and lemon peel. Because we just use their aroma. I’ve seen many foreigner friends eat all of them and they said it hard to chew and unpalatable. lol
