Yes! (Other than the bad back, arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, adult children moving back home, etc etc etc).. other than that..
Did any of the people in the group have fillers, botox, cosmetic surgeries?
Yeah, they did a small study on people that are retired and don’t have to stress about money and get to play golf and socialize and be happy. But for those of us that are still in the workforce and have to worry about the price of groceries, paying rent on time, taking your clothes to the laundromat instead of going for a run, not getting enough sleep … The daily grind is stressful and ages us. When I was 45 and did not have to work and zero stress about paying rent where my food was going to come from and I got to exercise every single day. I was so happy and I looked and felt 20 years younger than I was. I just worked to pay bills and I feel like I’m 80.
@PiperMeckes I cook every single day 365 days out of the year.
The filthy rich get a self-righteous thrill from hearing the troubles of "the poors"... but they won't be chortling in the end when they can't wriggle out of the eye of the needle.
No it's not. It's still 70.......................for the majority of Americans who don't have access to "all the good stuff" and are still working their assess off and truly don't feel physically great. The key word in the interview is SMALL study.
You are absolutely 100% correct with this!!!
umm, somedays 45 feels like 85...
This is totally subjective. When I was 45 and didn’t have to work or stress about money and I got to exercise every single day and be happy and not have a lot of stress. I felt like I was in my 20s but now I don’t have time to work out and every day is a grind, I don’t want to get up to go to work, I have to take my laundry to a laundromat, I have to hand wash dishes, I don’t have time to work out, I don’t get enough sleep. I spend hours sitting in traffic in my car I feel 10 years older than I am. At the very least . So when you have the luxury of living a stress-free life and the ability and time to exercise and breathe and not stress about money or groceries or rent or roommates or any of that bullshit then yes you can feel young.
Totally agree. I’m 45 and even though I workout and eat pretty healthfully, there’s days when I feel like I’m much older.
Not true at all. I am in my 50's and look better now then I did in my 20's
@@user-qi6hq5iq1f and what’s the contributing factor for that?
@@HH-gv8mx because I healed trauma, workout, eat well, pray.
