    • Yeah it makes a huge difference. I haven't had alcohol since before I had kids and my oldest is in college. Not a big deal and I feel like I'm way better off inside and out.

    • @@sweetpie7919...you saying that you are better of gives us the mild suggestion that you drank too much of it before. Also: only dry alcoholics are the ones who don't drink any alcohol afterwards because they lack self-control. To me alcohol is something to enjoy...by neither overdoing it nor getting creepily abstinent. People have to take self-responsibility instead of blaming others (people, substances) why they do it so not so certain things. One can only blame oneself.

    • @@chillfluencer No, I'm saying I'm better off not drinking than the people around me who do drink. I don't have some wild past. I also see other women my age who drink casually like most people do and they look older than I do. When I had kids I decided that I didn't want my kids to grow up thinking it was normal to drink just because you're an adult, it's not. It isn't good for anyone ever. It was very easy because I only ever had some wine for Thanksgiving and New Year's eve. I was never a partier. Never cared for bars or clubs or even the taste of alcohol. When you don't drink much, everyone around you tries to convince you that you're wrong , that you just haven't tried the right drink yet so I was given a sip of this or that from time to time which was annoying and yeah, it was never good. I absolutely do not understand anyone's desire for beer either. It's kinda salty, the after taste is vile, and the weird foaminess, so gross!!! I don't even drink soda because I can't stand carbonation. I guess I can see why you took my comment the wrong way. You don't know me so it's easy to misinterpret a few words. I have some relatives who drink a lot, all the time, for any occasion. I hate how they behave. They don't understand why I don't want to " be more fun" drink or allow alcohol in my home. They think I'm just being cheap or boring. Well fine, I'd rather be cheap and boring. I'd rather drink sweet tea and plan this spring's garden with my kids.

    • @@chillfluencer "creepily abstinent" well I know plenty of people who have never had a drink in their lives for religious reasons. People don't notice it about themselves or won't admit it, but even after one drink their behavior changes. They become a worse version of themselves. Alcohol doesn't do anyone any favors. You feeling that not drinking is creepy is a strange stance to take. Maybe you're a little too "pro drinking". You do you. We all have to do what's best for us. I wish you well.

    • @@sweetpie7919 right? 😅 I never had more than one drink and only a few times in a month if that, but I gave up alcohol completely because I noticed even small quantities were not good for me. It's a literal poison, I'm so much better off without it. It's totally fine if people enjoy it in moderation- I just saw no reason to partake in that anymore.

Two thirds of these deaths can be attributed to preventable causes. A third of all these deaths are in the neonatal period. 0:20

  • If you are of average health you should rather water fast for 48 hours (also shows how addicted you are to your eating habit times) and rather get infected...because getting an infection is a vaccination in itself. Vaccines and mRNA injections are only ok for immune compromised people. Also keep in mind: due to the high vaccination rate regarding influenca the influenza virus is becoming more and more resistant year over year...and eventually there won't be any more efficient vaccines against influenza if society continues with these artificial vaccinations. It's like getting antibiotics against bacterial infections just in case. Should not be done - antibacterial and antiviral treatment should be specific and only acute...not a chronic thing. Ask yourselves: for whom does this woman work and who is paying her. Of course she will push 🍯 cal treatment when she is getting paid by Pfizer & Co. ...and shows like The View rely on ad revenue by big pharma.
