  • Parmesan doesn't have "salt crystals" in them - it's binded amino acides from the protein in the cheese. That's the case for most aged hard cheeses having crunchy crystal bits.

  • I love the videos with Ollie's dad eating cheese. I would say I would watch an entire Channel of just him eating cheese, but I think it's better when it's like a present on this channel.
