EDIT: Both of the batteries that I had for this bike were 15ah. I'm told by the company they have since upgraded to 20ah batteries so the bike should have a better range then seen in this video.

Great video. Thanks for covering all subtle differences between the different eBikes, really worth the watch. 400lb payload is pretty wild.
Thanks, I appreciate you checking it out and the feedback! Yeah pretty big payload on this one for sure
Thanks for taking the time to review the bikes!
I know you said a lot of folks don't get into the bike review vids but on a brighter note your bike reviews are the best! Just the fact you stopped at the gin mill and hung out with those tourists from Europe while allowing another patron to film you folks drinking at the bar makes you the best bike reviewer on KZhead! Keep making FUN yet informative videos and we'll all keep watching!
I'm too old and arthritic to ever own one of these bikes but I really enjoy watching you ride around on them. Thanks Chris.
Never too old to have an electric bike 👍
I have arthritis in my left knee. I usually stop riding for the season once the temperature is below 40
I gots the arthritis, I gots the whip lash, I gots bad knees, bad back, bad neck, bad ankles and somedays I gots the bad attitude. I still try to move. If I sit I hurt and if I move I hurt. Might as well get some moving around in there.
I'm getting old as well and with some problem joints but I have 2 ebikes at present. I find the Libra easy step through design better for me.
Hey Robison, I'm 73 and wife's not far behind. We load 2 folding ebikes in a hatchback and enjoy the city parks and lake trails. Life is to be lived 💙💓❤🩹🚲
I would love to see more videos of you riding or driving around the city, narrating about all the cool and historic buildings and areas. I live in the UK and have a romantic idea of U.S. Cities from all the 70s movies I grew up watching. I assumed all the old houses had been demolished but it looks like a lot of them have survived untouched! Love all your videos man, keep them coming.
Good review NNKH! I love the shots of the neighborhoods and city etc. It looks like a whole different world out there compared to here in Sacramento. Also thanks for the tip in watching videos at a little faster speed. Never thought of that. Good stuff NNKH!!
That's a sturdy looking bike with strong racks and a tremendous payload. Nice interface, as you said. I do appreciate all your EBike tests. I'm very happy with mine for the short commute I presently have, but some time in the future I'm wanting something I can use for longer trips.
Love the city tours as well Chris! Keep up the great work brother!
Great demonstration. Good to hear all the explanation of everything. Keep up the great work
Fucare is Cool! $1299 for full suspension, 750W 48V 20AH, 80NM, 32MPH, 180mm Discs, INCLUDES Foot Pegs and Sissy Pad for Rider! BMX bars, Color Display, 3 Frame Color Options... 80 lb frame, 400 lb capacity! Also Cable Lock! Front, Rear baskets and saddlebag options, Love your review, Thanks!
Strange, the site sells them separately as a suggestion when you purchase it
Yeah @@timothyhardy1490, This is one of the best built bikes in this price range! IMHO...
Sweet! Thanks for the tour of the city as usual, great ebike. I have some artwork coming your way soon, just a doodle..Keep on rockin!
No problem, thanks for checking the video out! And awesome, I'll be excited to see that. Thank you
Az my whole life. It's so cool seeing the east coast, especially from this angle.
Drone action too ,thanks Chris. Good review as always. You wouldn't catch me riding thru some of the dodgy neighbourhoods that you ride in without a carry permit on me.😂. All jokes aside, good guy great channel and packed i tell you, packed with very useful information .
Just wnt 2 say how much I luv ur guys video. Very helpful sometimes. U have taught me some very neat know hows when it comes 2 wrk'n on cars. Thx u 2 all 3 of u!🥰
I have no intention of buying an E-bike. I'm old school and prefer to pedal like it should be. However, I really enjoy your E-bike test videos. It's always interesting to see where you ride them too. I am from NJ even though I live in the DC area for work currently. I loved seeing you ride thru Trenton where I went to school (TCNJ) after the Army and worked on W. State Street. Brings back memories! Keep the bikes coming!
Hang in there kman. I broke down and got my 1st ebike last yr on my 73rd bday. It's gotten me riding again when knee pain had me benched...
Hi Chris your videos are great to learn from amazing stuff what you do with the drones too.I saw one with Jen cutting the cast iron sewer pipe with a battery sawzall and a short blade, for a young guy you got it made and all you know.
Just bought..this will help me get adjusted to it when it arrives. Thx
Thank you and is nice to see the different trails and roads thank you
Perfect! Coffee in Hand ! Disruptions None! Let’s look at this New Offering, and go on a Tour!
Pretty darn good road trip, nice bike, thank you for the video, keep up the good work
I’m pretty sure Gus will end up in the front basket before too long. I can picture you building some type of little “nest “ for him up front. Thanks Chris , I enjoy your channels. (The snow mobile trip was sweet !!!
Excellent review! it would be interesting to see you open up the Batteries, especially if they send a replacement, They can easily swap for better brandcells and cover up any low end battery's. And also check the Controller specifications, alot of companies sell for example 1000w motors with Motocontroller with subpar Amphere output to actually get 1000w. Keep up the awsome reviews!
Now their website says Range: 40-90* miles. Maybe they upgraded their battery after you did your review. That thing is build like a damn tank! Not totally my style but I feel like $1,300 is pretty reasonable for this bike. Thanks for the awesome review as always!
Just want to thank you for this review I ordered a FUCARE libra
I have one and love it. Very fast and stable. Had it up 38 down a big bridge 😅
Love your videos Oh and loved the 2 stroke 😋
Great job. Oh, and thanks for the reminder that moving out of that area was a great decision.
Love your channels, keep up the great work!
Thanks, will do!
Now I want a eBike, thanks for the video !
Excellent job on the video and honest information ! I'm looking for a bike with dual suspension and I think I've found it. My friend has a Juiced bike and this has almost everything it does! I have a Rad mini 4 but I'm not getting any younger so it's time for a trade up. Thanks again.
I like the promotional ad’s that pop up that give viewers options to purchase valuable items and just pay shipping.
Awesome video thanks for sharing. That seems like a really sweet bike. I had a kind of beat gas engine on my bike years ago, it was good, fast, but LOUD!! This thing is silent and looks like it's pretty quick! I think a bike is the BEST way to get around Trenton.. I hate having to drive there for business or whatever, it's always busy stop and go lights and stop signs.. I live across the Bristol bridge now, I'm not sure you're allowed to take a bike across that one, which kind of sucks. It's pretty sweet to be able to cross the river there on a bike or just walking.
I bought another e-bike similar to this. The velowave Prado s. I paid $1,300 for it. I’m waiting for battery to charge to try it out. I enjoyed the video you did on this bike
Like the look and features fucare has with this bike
Great video with lots of useful information. Keep up the great work...:)
I have to give a shout out and kudos to NoNonsenseKnowHow 2. His content is a great balance between a professional KZheadr and just a normal every day guy.
Love this review. Much more helpful than others.
Great vid I’m looking at these bikes lotta real world info👍
Nice bike. I love the rack baskets. Smaller diameter wheels should be easier on that 750w hub motor.
I just got one omggggg I also have a lectric the shock absorption is frikkin crazy good on this bike I’m shook
Good Job Dude! (like always) 👍
Great review as always Chris 👍🏼💯
P.S. i wouldn't waste my time getting back to those whom make "pointless" comments( u know which ones I'm talking about😉) they're just turd nuggets wanting attention. Just remember what they say, u can't agree with stupidity, cuz they'll just beet u with experience.
Thanks man and yea your right. waste of time
Really nice video. It was definitely worth watching. It didn't seem that long :-). I wish I had seen this b4 I purchased the bike. I still would have bought it. I appreciate that you went through all the steps of assembling it. That was great help. I just got my Fucare Libre, yellow. I am very excited to get a ride on it soon. I am recently retired. I got it b/c I am a 250 lb big guy and 400 lb capacity seemed perfect for carrying groceries and me. I am concerned about the battery range. I might need a spare. The grocery is about 2 miles away and the swim pool about 5 miles. Harbor Freight is about 1 mile. That is 90% of my "driving." Living off grid on solar, the long charging time is not a big deal. It means lower power draw while charging. I try to charge batteries when the sun is out. I can probably charge overnight as it doesn't take too much juice. Obviously, A/C is my big drain right now. Mine was missing the front wheel lug nuts and washers. I sent a msg to Fucare a few minutes ago. Hopefully they will send me the hardware quickly so I can ride soon. I ordered a WIDE seat and the shock absorber seat stick. Basket kit is to arrive in a few weeks.
as always a good video, love it
E bike videos are great! Ii see this video has been around a little while but I was wondering if you ever checked the original battery to see if the range came back after charging the battery again allegedly some batteries need to be charged two or three times for all the cells to get juiced up. again great content!
Has a nice look to it. Makes me want one
Good review, I’ve been looking at electric bike to ride back and forth to the mailbox but priced to high for me.
I really like this bike wish it was less bulky tho definitely am thinking abt getting one
nice video review and a fun ride you take us on my thoughts are to see what it might be like with 26" tires? im 6'6" so a little height might add a bit to handling and at my size - maybe a little better fit?
I hope they are at least kicking that bike at you for your efforts. Your popularity on youtube is a bigtime advertisement for them. Saw a squirrel run across the street in front of you. Speaking of which, has Leo been around lately? EDIT: You sold me on the bike. Well reviewed.
Great review, great video! Which city is that?
Thanks for sharing. Looks like a nice unit..
Thanks for watching!
I prefer the racks that came with yours . The one I am getting in a few weeks have baskets only .
Tip for the bike lock: you can put it in the battery compartment where is is tucked away and hardly visible. It's there when you need it but no one knows!
Ive got a Fucare Gemini X and its amazing! Ive been thinking about getting a Libra for the dual suspension.
Yeah, Libra's my 1st choice because of the suspension
Dear NNNK2 guy 👍👌👏 This is the first of your e-Bike reviews that I have watched. I was not only surprised but absolutely enthused! The video and the ebike are simply fantastic! Congrats. 2) I'm nearly 6ft3", with wider shoulders and heavier than you are. Therefore I'm seriously considering to buy such a bike as a kind of moped substitute. Used mopeds respectively oldtimer/vintage mopeds have gone up in price so much, it's absolutely ridiculous. Additionally an e-Bike doesn't stink etc.. But unfortunately the manufacturer seem not to sell their bikes/products in Germany. Additionally the USD has won a lot since 2021 so that the price of 1300 bucks isn't 1100 Euro but 1365 Euro now. Big difference for an early retiree because money is always scarce, sigh. Of course nowadays even more because of the artificially made shortages and artificially made inflation. 3) Although there was poo on the front wheel, I still love cute little Gus 💚 immensely. Honestly, I have never seen a more cute dog. Congrats for having him and Turbo. Please hug them for me. Thanks in advance. Thanks also for making teaching explaining recording editing uploading and sharing. Best regards, luck and health in particular. To all 4 of you of course.
Our hearts go out to all the folks in EU and UK, subject to laws made by the petro-establishment. These bikes in class 3, 50kph mode could replace half the cars in Europe! guten gluck
Dear @@johnw65 👍👌👏 Yes, and nearly all of the Mofas/Mopeds/Mokicks/scooter with combustion engines. But unfortunately we, the German folks, let us even regulate after we died! Best regards, luck and health in particular. Post Scriptum: I guess you meant "Viel Glück" = the equivalent to "good luck"?
Good job man, real entertaining. What do you do with all this stuff after the review?
Thanks man and appreciate the feedback. I usually sell them on Facebook marketplace but not right away
Awesome looking bike for bigger fellas 👌
😲Nice, I've reviewed a lot of ebikes on my channel, but this one looks really unique. I like it.....😍
Nice one Mr 😎
Thank you
Thanks for showing us your city🇬🇧 Range might go up the more you use and re charge what's the $$$ value.
Nkh bring your cars all together as a group
Your the man!!
I really want one sadly it’s a bit out of my price rage haha. I should save up for it great video thank you
That was cool , you rang the bell and they actually heard it and made room for ya. Like you said Chris, it’s polite sounding. LOL. Oh, and there’s nothin like fresh dog poop on your brand new tire.
Thank very much guy !
You're welcome!
Best bike I love my.
Awesome review Chris Beautiful bike and you live in a beautiful part of the country.....well parts of it anyway 😂
Dude I can't believe you're in the hood of Trenton I would be packing some heat going through there I work there every day off in New York Ave I'm the one that told you about the javelin
I know this is an older video I love binge watching these EBike range tests. Just wondering what happened to the old battery do you think the cells were not balanced wondering if you tried the old battery again
Actually it is a nice looking bike, very sleek look to it. 👍
I am pretty sure i will never buy a electric bike but will watch because it is something different, it would be cool if someone gave you one of the electric dirt bikes to try!
Fair enough! Thanks tuning in! And yeah an electric dirt bike would be sweet.
I enjoy your ebike reviews a lot. So much I would be interested in buying one of these problem is I live in the Philippines and there website is strictly for Canada Mexico and US . If the company reads this, is there any way to purchase this bike in the Philippines on Mindinao Island?
Excellent video 📹 👏 👍 👌
Our son lives near 23rd and Federal in Philadelphia so would be interested in more details as to where you are when traveling on city streets, especially on the bike. It looks like a good way to get around the city.
Would love to see you review a Venom 250 motorcycle from Venom motorsports there like 2600 bucks I think fully assembled
Gus pinchin a loaf is priceless-
Two things that would be cool on these electric bikes. When you are pedaling, it's helping to charge the battery or have a generator on the front tire, so when the bike is in motion, it's helping to charge. Regardless, if you are using power or not.
Yeah I agree. Especially just some kind of regenerative braking for going down hills would be nice
@@NNKH2 Yes, considering E-Scooters have Regen Braking and I think they use similar Motors.
The Libra is a good candidate for a 2nd battery, doubling the range. However battery couplers don't work with regen systems.
Can you put that seat on the front with that flat rack? That would be sweet to still use the seat with the basket on back.
All of your e-bike videos made me finally order one. I went with the Aventon Adventure 2 which I don't think you've reviewed that brand yet.
Awesome! Good luck with it!
They really are a game changer especially in the nice weather!
Minute 16:45 You only got 18 miles of range on full throttle only? (that's for a 20AMP battery that was fully charged when starting out? ) were you at least going 20 MPH? (P.S. How much do you weigh if you weigh over 175 pounds, than that makes a lot more sense)
WONDERFUL Chris! I absolutely love the scenery . a look at everyday life in your town , love the buildings , i want to bring my daughters to go around and see the sights , take photos , meet some interesting people , you rreally make a great human storey with your reveiws and im reaching out to Egwe to try and get a bike to Australia , our laws say only 250 watt ones so the local seller has only them , i need to get one from USA! Hook me up if you ever want a side gig!!!! Man , you have rekindled my want to travel , to see life others lad , thank yo so much!!!!!L
19:40 are we gonna talk about that beauty hiding around the corner? Btw. What battery did they ship you? The old 10 Ah or the new 20Ah?
Great review don't you get a little sketched out going through them crappy neighborhoods
Where's the serial number on the ♎️. Just got mine but can't find the numbers
cold weather will affect the batteries.warmer weather make it last a little bit more.
Got my Libra not too long ago. Been riding mainly in cold weather, and the battery does seem to die at the same rate yours does. Maybe mine goes a little further, but not much. Here's to hoping warmer temps mean better range.
mine didn’t have lock washers for the front tire, so I be worried about that ?
cool!
great vid Chris thanks!!....peace out
I'm curious how heavy it is and how the suspension treats you...
I just got the gemini x. Missing one front axel nut. What size is the axel nut? Metric? Threading is different than standard lock nut. Is it a flanged lock nut?
What type of connector do they use between battery & controller?
Cool EL Bike :)
Class
The main problem with all E-bikes are "too short range" with full charge battery. Almost all E-bikes have more room to carry and use larger battery (higher capacity) for longer range.
How we can protect this bike from theft stolen from thief . Is any chance to protect or not .
Hey Chris you did a lot of reviews .....which one out of all of them is the best ? I wonder if they make hybrid ones like a car. Small gas motor and regen capabilities, 1000W motor is about 1.3 HP . I bet you could build one if they don't have them ....you're a capable dude
To be honest they all have their ups and downs and all are pretty decent. So I would say whichever one is on sale or the best price at the time
I do really like that this one has the optional racks on it! So if you're looking for cargo and storage room this is a great bike
Another great review! 👍
