The build up to this fight, the actual fight itself, and the aftermath was one of the finest sporting events/moments I have ever witnessed in my 31 years of life. I was thoroughly entertained. Hats off to george kambosos jr.

Well said for a youngster!!! The comment is pure class. Man I can't even put into words how happy I am for Kambosos. The little huddle b4 they walk in gets your emotions going. On the other side, I wasn't as impressed with the childish crap from SR. and JR… I still wish Teo health and happiness , but this is a tough fight to come back from. If he ever wants to be a champ again he's gonna have to get his dad to take a step back and bring in somebody who can break him down, more mentally than physically. From there take a couple tune up fights at 140 and go. I also believe Kambosos is a man of his word. If Haney handles his business on Saturday , I guarantee that fight happens in Vegas or Australia. It should be a great fight. You never wanna boot someone when they are down , you don't walk in his shoes. In know way do I mean any disrespect to Teo. I wish him the best.
Big difference in the locker room leading up to the fight... Kambosos locker room was all business and focus whereas Teo's was chill and messing around thinking he has already won.
Yep @fvhitman4hire your absolutely right, Teofimo overlooking his opponent, and you would think his Trainor would get him focus, but his dad is so fool of himself that he got his son winning and focus is unnecessary. What a fool. Kambosos all business and ready for war. The right fighter won convincingly in GFK and we'll deserved. Big difference on what a champion should be and behave like.
Kambosas was ready to die in the ring he said it himself so he stayed focus cus his life depended on it and teofimo was clowning like his life wasn’t in danger with the ferocious kambosas lol maaan and I’m a teofimo Lopez fan but I was quite happy when kambosas won he is just really about it.

I have gained immense amounts of respect for Kambosos. a lot of the time the way a fighter carries themselves outside of the ring is what makes me pay attention to them in the first place. i love the way this guy carries himself.

That’s Kambosos’s mindset 24/7 my brother. He is the most disciplined fighter in this division next to Haney. It is INSANE to think that George took all of Teo’s biggest punches and still outboxed him. I don’t see any other fighter breaking George Ferocious Kambosos. Haney can pull off the draw through if he boxes as perfect as George did against Teo. Love both fighters
When kambosas said to Teo in the build up "These Belts Are Your Curse’ i believed. Congratulations it was a fantastic performance and a clear win.

Teifimo senior was more a hype man than a trainer. I thought he was terrible in the corner and in the led up to the fight. Hats off to Kambosos, He remained calm and focused and got the job done

Right at the end father and son in the hotel lobby with the belts..One of those special moments in life they worked together and made it to the top of the mountain.
What a guy. This whole leadup to the fight, the fight, and afterwords has made me love Kambosos. A true champ and he handled himself like one throughout, the self belief, the knowledge, confidence, composure, skills and the dedication to knowing that this was in fact his destiny. Hes made me a massive fan.

Lopez still needs to grow emotionally but his dad also failed him as a coach. Was telling him conflicting advise thru the first half of the fight and by the time he got it together to help his son get it together, he was impaired and couldn’t do what he should have been doing from the onset. Kambosos rose to the occasion. Hope he fights this well vs Haney/Diaz winner.
The night when everything Team Lopez created about their illusion came crashing down on them. Everyone has a plan until they get hit. Congratulations to Team Kambosos. Respect.
