Hi Luke. Unfortunately I don't have access to your premium podcasts, I am from Russia. It's not clear enough for me what prepositions should I use with Angry. Angry with/at or about? Could you clarify it? Maybe you have another podcasts about prepositions, it's a very complicated stuff.
@@user-nv5ny1bt4c angry with someone , e.g “I’m really angry with Vladimir Putin” angry about something “I’m really angry about this situation” 👍
@@LukesEnglishPodcast And what about Angry at somebody? You were talking about it. Can we use it?
@@user-nv5ny1bt4c Yes I think so, although I would say “angry with” and I think this is the more common phrase.
Love it when Amber and Paul join you in Podcastle.
LUKE, Every now and than you became my part of life. I can't stay away from your podcast. I have been listening you for ages. Now I'm proud of my English. You deserve more than thanks. Everyday you make my day. Lots of love from Bangladesh.
LOL, love this introduction. Thank you for making me smile.
Thanks Anna! Glad you enjoyed it!
Podcast with Amber & Paul is the best one on your channel. You have a lot of energy, and make so casual conversation. I really enjoy it.
Hi Luke :) Thank you for the episode. Prepositions are very important, and it was interesting to see native speakers guess them. My name is Sergey. I am from Russia, and I've been your listener for almost two years now. I have to say that I'm strongly against the war which the Russian government started. I have a penpal from Ukraine who told what was going on back in March 2022. Also I listened to episode 760 of your podcast that gave me crucial information. Unfortunately I haven't left Russia yet, and I don't even have an international passport. I'm going to try to avoid the mobilization in all possible ways. I don't know if I can survive this situation and how it's going to end but I would just like to say that there are good people in Russia who understant what is happening and don't support it. I hope all of them manage to stay safe, and people all over the world won't despise Russians so much. I heard that some Russian soldiers even join Ukrainian army to help them fight the occupiers. Basically we're all suffering because of one mad dwarf with lots of power. In this terrible times only your podcast gives me hope and makes me feel good. I appreciate your work very much.
Hi Luke, so useful prepositions and I am addicted to your podcast. And you guys are amazing together with the chemistry you have! Thanks a lot. Love you all.🤩❤️

When you were talking about rules and how there are exceptions etc, I just loved it when Amber said “You should’ve told the French not to invade” 😁👏👏👏👏 She’s soooo right! Please tell her. 🌺
I can't wait to listen to your recent episode.I've been listening to your podcast since June2022.Now I'm in episode 220.The reason I don't wanna move to your recent episode because It's like series for me also I've made a huge progress so far when I compare myself with a few months ago,it's unbelievable.I don't know how long does it take to finally listen to your recent episodes but at least I know at that moment I'll speak English in the level which I want. thanks so much Luke

That jingle part was amazing..
Thanks so much for this podcast ! It was very funny indeed !❣️Luke , Paul and Amber ❣️
I am addicted to your channel!
Wonderful episode ❤
Thank you for this epic video ! Had a great time watching it ! Something funny I've noticed, if I may : "About being proud of anything as a British person... Amber said : what other people have done and Luke said what other people did ! I guess both are correct ? No real time mentioned for "have done" (present perfect )and what people did : actions done in the past, so no relation with the present...simple past - - It's not biggie, just for me :-) Thanks for all !
Hilarious and exotic Great stuff, Luke
LEP is your force for success.
The three of you together can only mean: #VeryExotic! Luke, I listen to your podcasts mainly while running and when you talked about marathons with Amber, I thought to myself: that is what Luke needs! He needs to listen to Luke's English Podcast while running!! It will become much more enjoyable. I promise! 😁😅 🙌🏼 Thanks for another hilarious episode!!!!
Paul is quite right: in translation there’s the source language and the target language, and he explained it just fine. 😊
hi luck , we miss your podcast from a while in the platform , useful ,valuable and great job you cheif , thanks for your efforts , please ne t' absente pas trop from paris .
I learned a lot,thank you guys 😊
I would be super proud if every country and students from all of the world had to study Chinese as their first foreign language. So you guys should be very proud of your British rich profound culture, literature, language, technology and innovation and also relatively tolerante to multicultural environment in 🇬🇧
Good point 👍
You are great!!!!❤❤❤❤
Thank you!!!♥️ Lot of fun moments)
Thank you.
Your AP podcasts make life a bit more bearable 😂
Hello, I did like the program a lot. Thank you to you all. A natural conversation, chatty, and learning or reviewing quite a few good words and prepositions. You Luke mentioned an adjective with Q, I was just thinking about the adj. quiet. Wouldn't that work? quiet about?
Yep, that works. Well done. 10 points.
This is a very interesting discussion on certain adjective combinations, which most of us learners get wrong. I've seen my colleagues, seniors and juniors are equally deficient in their knowledge of the various verb + preposition; noun+ preposition; verb + preposition combinations. Please also discuss about the use of '...ing' form of a verb after the preposition 'it.' As in 'I do not object to going to a movie after you have finished your homework.' Some think the construction ' I don't object to go.../object for...' which is incorrect. Please consider doing a lesson on this.
Already covered that in the premium episode which accompanies this episode! 👍
Thanks for mentioning Catalan, such an exotic language 👀 but what is even more exotic is Luke trying to pronounce "Quijote"😂 love your podcasts, regular listener here.
How #exotic and fantastic this episode was! 😁
Hello Luke Thank you for your podcast,I absolutely love listening this podcast If it's possible could you please share the information how we can find Amber's podcast?
www.Panamepodcast.com
What a joyful trio! You made my day brighter :) I'll be in Paris from 26/10 to 1/11, any chance of seeing you performing?
I won’t be in Paris unfortunately!
@@LukesEnglishPodcast Thank you for the reply! Any place that you'd recommend for some good standup comedy? I remember you mentioned the Panam art café
Check www.comedyinparis.com/ for comedy shows in English 👍
@@LukesEnglishPodcast Thank you very much for the recommendation. I had the pleasure to see Amber performing tonight at the palais des glaces! The whole show hosted by Sebastian Marx was lovely. Thanks again!
You all are #veryexotic🤣 Thanks always. Love Pod PALs!
Hope you well! I wonder why your last episodes are not on the podcast app yet! Especially my favourite gang, I mean Amber and Paul of course.
Do you mean the LEP app? I’m afraid it’s not going to continue. I suggest downloading PocketCasts instead pca.st/podcast/85bd19b0-2de5-0131-77da-723c91aeae46
Good thank you ❤😊
at 1:05:36 Paul Taylor was out of his breath and I don't know why that was very funny to-for me (we apparently need more of adjectives + prepositions videos Luke!)
I became addicted to your exotic pocastle sir, so I felt that it would be a good idea to sign up for your premium LEP to suppurt you and learn more.
Hi Luke! I really enjoyed this episode thank you and your amazing friends! I have a question about the superlative form of adj in question #12 "What do you think is the most beneficial to your health". In your text in the video "the" is missing (44:24) - was it a typo or we can omit the article "the"?
You can omit the “the”
@@LukesEnglishPodcast Thank you!
Thanks for another great episode. PD: when you want to pronounce a "j" in spanish remember the sound of the car's gearbox when you try to shift a gear without pressing the clutch 🤣
All three of you are gorgeous but Paul's laugh is unique!
Amber and Paul Yay
If I could give hundreds of likes to Luke’s podcasts I would do!
Paul, don’t worry…..talking about sofa was interesting🤭🤣! Well, Luke knows😁.

#veryExotic 😅 thank you for this hilarious podcast. I’ve been listening to it during the day and I’ve been smiling a lot like a mental person)))
I also would be angry with voice messages especially when I was outside in noisy places 😢
I really like your casual chats with Amber and Paul! I'd like to see them in your channel more^^
Whist somebody in a toilet on Titanic browsing TikTok
So funny 😂
Nice🤓
❤
still very EXOTIQUE for me as I am French :)
By learning English grammar, we also get to know the three of you better. Great casual conversation between close friends! In these times, such situations become unusual/#VeryExotic.
Sorry, I’m a little confused. Isn’t ‘derive’ a verb, and hence, ‘derived from’ is a phrasal verb? ☺️ Thanks!
Yes I think you’re correct actually
It was the first time I watched your podcast on KZhead so it definitely was #veryExotic! It was such a pleasure to watch you guys have fun and to learn at the same time. Regarding the adjective starting with Q: "qualified for" - does it work?
Yes, 10 points!
@@LukesEnglishPodcast Ha, thank you! :)
Another lovely episode, thank you Luke! I'll say #veryExotic, although what really makes your podcast so nice to listen to is that you let us into the conversations you have with your friends and family members... That's kind of the opposite of exotic, but who likes exotic stuff anyways 🤷?
Exotic episode! :D
So enjoyable to listen to (and watch!) all 3 of you! #veryExotic episode!
OmG I guess you're extremely exotic and you could use a badoit, anyway thanks a bunch for the episode it was a great one💕 looking forward for part two
#notexotic
Just a great and helpful Video, not only refreshing our English Prepostiones but also listening 3 guys speaking in a informal and engaging way... I'm not really sure but I think I even heard Paul shouting.. Fuck off!! 📴📴📴 But I have to confess I'm not really sure about hearing that Phrasal Verb in the conversation....
Very exotic
A nice prison🤣
Very Exotic!
Always a pleasure to listen to you all, no matter how exotic (#VeryExotic) content you provide :)
Not that #exotic though
For my Spanish tastes you all three are # very EXOTIC; and not too much QUIXOTIC. I probably am wrong but I guess it's still being rather hot in Paris ⛱️
You are exotic
Where is the Russian joke, Luke? 😆
#veryExotic as usual
#veryExotic 😊
#veryExotic
why do ur guests laugh a lot
What’s wrong with laughing? You complained about it last time. We laugh because we’re enjoying ourselves and because we find each other funny.
@@LukesEnglishPodcast promise me to never laugh in your next videoa ok
@@BM-lm8zg promise to me: don’t listen to Luke’s podcast if you don’t like people being happy. It’s life, enjoy it!
Very funny 😂
What’s wrong with you🙈? I can’t believe it.
