Homemade Sandwich Bread Rolls! Better than SUBWAY BREAD! (release of tips)

280g bread flour
145g milk
28g egg
35g sugar
3g salt
20g unsalted butter
3g yeast
1. It is better to use a scale to divide the dough into 4 parts.
2. Seal leftover bread in the freezer and thaw at room temperature 30 minutes before eating

  • 와..... 말라 비튼 화학물질 범벅인 나의 마지막을 다름아닌 축복이자 해방이다 애썼다..! 피력하듯 펑펑 눈이 왔어요 세상에~~어쩜 이렇게 제 취향에 맞는 빵을?? 드디어 찾았어요! 레시피 공유 해 주셔서 너무 감사 합니다♡ 사실 눈이 반가워 시작이 너무 늦었어요ㅋ 식사시간은 다가오고..기온은 낮아서 발효 시간은 제대로 못 한거 같은데도 너무 맛있어서 다시 만들었어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 몇년을 많이 아팠고 회복하고 보니 힘들었나 봐요 ㅎㅎ 위로가 됐어요 감사합니다 저에게도 인생 레시피가 될거 같아요 ♡

  • I have bread flour to use up. I may make a large batch and freeze loaves before the last rise. Then I can take some out and thaw and do the last rise before baking. Would be nice to have fresh bread almost ready to bake. Thanks for the recipe

    • @@OfficerJonny Hi Patrick, es ist wichtig, dass du Mehl mit einem höheren Eiweißgehalt nimmst, z. B. Manitoba! Ich habe außerdem halb Milch halb Wasser genommen und mit etwas Wasserdampf im Ofen gebacken, da wird's knuspriger! LG und gutes Gelingen, Ulli
