Gallant effort from the Swiss against an imposing opponent.
That ball looks dead.... can't get it to the back of the court!
It's Egypt. Probably humid as hell and a dead court all around
Great effort from Mueller and a boost to take a game from Farag.
Looks like the floor is rough for the friction sound that is super high
Maybe someone can explain this to me. Why does the ball look "floaty", it's like it has no pace and is just super bouncy/slow? I'm sure it must be something to do with the heat, but it looks terrible, and also makes the squash look so loose? So many weak drives that stay at the front or do not get past the service box. I've watched plenty of in person live pro squash, and I've never seen it look like this. Every now and again, there will be a tournament where all the games just look like this so it must be environmental
The only times I experienced something similar was when the humidity on court was very high and the walls were damp. Takes all the energy out of the ball.
@@remcovandijk279 Yes, that's what this looks like to me also.
All courts play differently (fast/slow, poor floors, not 90 degree walls, temp, etc.). In this particular case it looks temp related or the build of the glass isn't tight and it's eating the pace.
Hope the organisers can contain the kids chanting from here on out.....lol
