doing your transmission service along with replacing ATF filter too will last your transmission longer, due to dirt and debris that clogs your transmission passage. on this particular work 2004 HONDA FIT and upper model are similar jobs, transmission fluids need to be flush or service every starting 50,000 K miles max 60,000 K miles, to make the transmission healthy check.
also, doing this service are straight forward and easy - you just need basic tools and knowledge however, i highly suggest to used HONDA GENUINE parts since HONDA transmission are very picky about their usage of fluids. "i don't know why" i'm thinking due to special chemicals.

ohh ok, the reason why the letter generates heat is because under the Shifter there's a small light bulb to show where you're going at night and to show the letters. some cars small light bulbs always turn on some cars don't @@gato_gc821
Do you recommend this for an 08 Fit with over 200k? Its currently shifting hard! When picking up speed!
Of course, doing this is parts of service maintenance routine, if you do this and still have hard shifting it’s already have internal damage.
@@orquizagarage2795 The car runs great but I also hear like the transmission shifting after I put her in drive I can literally hear the transmission go into gear. I love this little car for my mom! (Knocking on wood) if I have to purchase another transmission I will!! But I want to try everything else first before making that decision...

Sir honda jazz 2006 the atf filter is not located where you show. Where it will be the possible location
did you double check ? take off the air box and follow the ATF hose, i believe its hiden around the air box area, the color of the ATF filter is black so simetimes it's hard to see it. but double check it first and look underneath the car and top. because same bracket honda jazz/fit are all the same
Honda jazz 2006 is currently I'm using cvt fluid they required here but in the deap stick it was written aft I'm comfuse
jazz and fit are all the same. just a different name. here in u.s honda called fit. in asia are jazz. this model are still ATF fluids. send me your vin number so i can check
@@orquizagarage2795 I saw that you used ATF DW1 in the video. I sent an email to Honda asking for the correct oil and they recommended ATF Z1. Mine is a 2005 Jazz automatic
they all the same, Z1 is the old version of the ATF fluid. and DW1 is the new version and possible new chemical and better formula. just used the DW1 its much better ATF fluids@@pablokf

Weird, last time I did it was 2 1/2. I just went to buy it again and the guy said still 2 1/2, maybe now 3 with the filter. I didn’t know there was a filter there. Thanks 😊 Make sure you check your stick when is already warm. I feel like is gonna be over, let me know.

I used quarts here in u.s 3.5quarts in//// in litters 3.1 litters since I change the filter I put 3.5Q
How much LITRES do we put on our atf?
here in u.s we used quarts i think in asia used litters. i put first 3 Quarts since I changed the filter possible 3.5 Quarts

Possible may na iwan kang mga light naka bukas. Or Yong mga pinto hindi nka sarado ng maigi Kaya bukas Ang ilaw or Yong battery mo luma na. Good battery mag work lang saya for 4 to 5 years after non need na palitan
