  • My phone was cloned. What a mess. They took over permissions and the phone company wouldn’t believe me….2 of them-Verizon (was a loyal customer for 17 plus years) and AT&T. Thank you for this video because I’ve got proof now.

  • Hi Jessica, thanks very much for such an educational explanation. I'm not good when it comes to these different apps but your explanation was very cleared and understandable. I tried the IMEI and it worked, I also tried code you give to find out if your calls are being forwarded to another number without you doing the forwarding. I tried that and it worked for me. Thanks for such an important lesson.

    • My phone has malwear. My phone call are sent to someone else I didn't call, one of my gmail accounts was used to make a fake account and I've reported it to Facebook to no avail. He is remotely controlling my phone even my accounts are compromised. Help!!!!

    • I lost access to my account and I followed all the required procedures for the verification, filled the forms, sent a passport but still got no feedback . Thankfully after CYBERLOGICS_ was recommended to me I received the reactivation code in less than three hours , really can't thank you enough for being very reliable

    • I contacted some hackers that I see on KZhead and this dude told me that he wanted me to pay him $750 US dollars. They are all working together don’t believe all this shit it’s a scam if y’all really wanna know if your phone have been hacked then just go to your phone Carrier and ask them to check it out for you

  • After the second code: The second phone number is either VOICEMAIL - or CHOSEN OPTIONAL auxiliary/business phone number (sometimes another phone, sometimes another voicemail message service) Interesting application of USSD codes... If you showcase USSD options, please remember that the old - phone service additional short codes, are incorporated into the BRAND/MODEL list of USSD codes, and may carry a small service fee additional to the monthly plan (- though I do remember when it was made a big deal about the USSD additional services being included in the monthly service charge... 😞but I'm old)
